[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
I love [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f]! Here are my thoughts for a little boy-
[name_u]Henry[/name_u] (unsure if this is too popular)-It’s a great name. Smart & handsome & friendly & classic. But in my area, at least, basically every little boy is named [name_u]Henry[/name_u]. It’s soooo popular. I do love the nn [name_m]Hank[/name_m] though. [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] & [name_m]Hank[/name_m] would be fun, & would make him stand out from all of the Henrys.
Jude-I love it. It’s so warm & calming, but still feels strong & masculine. It’s simple & well known but not too terribly popular. I also love [name_u]Julian[/name_u] nn [name_u]Jude[/name_u]. [name_u]Or[/name_u] [name_m]Julius[/name_m] works too.
Theodore-Super cute & full of fun nns; I like [name_m]Thatch[/name_m]! And [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] & [name_u]Theo[/name_u]. [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] is getting really popular as well, but it’s a darling classic.
Amos-I like this a lot. It seems to fit your style of sweet but strong old fashioned names, but is way less heard these days.
Miles-This is fine. I hear it a lot, & it doesn’t excite me that much, but it’s an okay name. I like [name_u]Milo[/name_u] more.
[name_m]Morrow[/name_m] (old family last name – maybe a good middle name?)-I’d use it as a mn, but it would make an interesting & unique fn choice if you wanted.
[name_u]Luca[/name_u] (my husband’s sister has a 12 year-old named [name_m]Lucas[/name_m]. Not sure if this is too similar/off the table)-Beautiful name, but I would say that [name_u]Luca[/name_u] & [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] are too close for first cousins.
Walter-I like in theory. It’s vintage & lovable. Gives me similar vibes as [name_u]Henry[/name_u], but way less common. I just don’t like the sound as much personally, but it’s still a fun choice.
Arthur-This is cute. It’s like [name_u]Walter[/name_u], but I think that it works better on all ages. [name_u]Walter[/name_u] is just so old man-ish. I know a goofy sporty little nine year old boy named [name_u]Walter[/name_u], & still can’t get used to the name on a kid.
Jack-I like it a lot! It’s just a fun lovable & sharp classic name.
August-I love this one too. It’s outdoorsy & artsy & smart & masculine but not too macho. And it has cute nns of [name_m]Augie[/name_m] & [name_u]Gus[/name_u].
I’m really no help, since I like a lot of them…and here are a few more suggestions:
