Why is nobody commenting on my threads? I create these for a reason.
I prefer [name_m]Brian[/name_m] which seems more classic too me. [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] seems very 80s.
[name_m]Brandon[/name_m] sounds dated. I prefer [name_m]Brian[/name_m] and think it’s more timeless.
I much prefer [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] to [name_m]Brian[/name_m].
I prefer [name_m]Brandon[/name_m]. [name_m]Brian[/name_m] is very 70’s to me and [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] is dated, but not as bad, [name_f]IMO[/name_f].
I know so many [name_m]Brian[/name_m]'s born in the 1980s sometimes we’ll have friends over and every other new guy is a [name_m]Brian[/name_m]. I like the name but it’s so popular with the 25-40 aged crowd. The name is too common in my area. I’d go with [name_m]Brandon[/name_m]. It’s a strong name reminds me of a tough athlete.
I dont like any but If I had to choose then [name_m]Brian[/name_m] is my pick.
[name_m]Brandon[/name_m] sounds trendier actually. [name_m]Brian[/name_m] just keeps reminding me of brains no matter how I see it ._.
All the [name_m]Brian[/name_m]'s I met are cool but I have never met a [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] and it sounds cool imo
To me, [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] is preferable, makes me think of [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_u]Austen[/name_u] (Col. [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] in Sense & Sensibility). [name_m]Brian[/name_m] is just a hum-drum 80’s name to me…
I find both names dated to tell you the truth. However, historical significance plays an important part for me in choosing a name. Therefore, I voted for [name_m]Brian[/name_m] which has the added bonus of having an ancient namesake in Irish High [name_m]King[/name_m] [name_m]Brian[/name_m] Boru.
[name_m]Brandon[/name_m] all the way!
[name_m]Brandon[/name_m] is a 25-35 year old and [name_m]Brian[/name_m] is a 35-60 year old. I have a hard time picturing a little guy named these. I like [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] way better but I also hate figuring out brandan vs branden vs [name_m]Brandon[/name_m]. I can never remember which [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] I know spellls it which way. So at least [name_m]Brian[/name_m] is straightforward in terms of spelling and pronunciation.
I prefer [name_m]Brian[/name_m] but I would like to suggest [name_m]Brendan[/name_m]!
I’m a [name_m]Bryan[/name_m]! So I much prefer this spelling! In fact, I kind of hate the spelling [name_m]Brian[/name_m]. Like someone else said, all I see is “brain”. So, in this case I’ll have to throw in a vote for [name_m]Brandon[/name_m]. But if it was [name_m]Bryan[/name_m], then I’d say go with that
[name_m]Brian[/name_m] seems more timeless to me.
