Help me out. I know there is a name that means [name_m]Brian[/name_m]'s son, but I cannot find it. [name_m]Bryson[/name_m] is son of [name_u]Brice[/name_u]. [name_m]Branson[/name_m] is son of the raven. This is driving me crazy. Help.
I think the name you’re looking for is [name_m]Bryant[/name_m].
Although popular in English speaking countries, [name_m]Brian[/name_m] is from Irish Gaelic and hasn’t been used for as long as other common English speaking names, so it doesn’t tend to fit into the usual pattern of ending in -son. “MacBrien” means “son of [name_m]Brian[/name_m]”. But PP’s suggestion of [name_m]Bryant[/name_m] is probably your best bet.
