Sisters
[name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] [name_f]Olive[/name_f] and [name_f]Adah[/name_f] [name_f]Primrose[/name_f]
You’re girls were a little bit easier since their were three to go off, for your first girl I went with [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] which is an Ancient [name_m]Roman[/name_m] name, it’s meaning is unknown but it’s appeared in stories for centuries, [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] was the name of [name_m]Aeneas[/name_m] the legendary ancestor of the [name_m]Roman[/name_m] people meaning [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] was considered the Mother of [name_u]Rome[/name_u]. In Shakespeare’s play [name_m]Titus[/name_m] Andronicus the daughter of the main character is name [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] and it includes the line “She is [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f], therefore must be lov’d”. I’ve paired [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] with [name_f]Olive[/name_f] to match with the nature/food word middles [name_f]Honey[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] and [name_u]June[/name_u]. For your second option I wanted to match closer to [name_f]Selah[/name_f], [name_f]Adah[/name_f] which sounds quite like the rising star [name_f]Ada[/name_f] but has the Hebrew meaning ‘adornment’, it still has the nickname options of [name_f]Ada[/name_f] like [name_f]Addie[/name_f]. For Adah’s middle I wanted something longer and more feminine so I went with [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] which comes from the Latin term for the first rose of spring.
Brothers
[name_m]Orson[/name_m] [name_m]Cosmo[/name_m] and [name_m]Magnus[/name_m] [name_u]Orion[/name_u] “Gus”
For your first boy I went with [name_m]Orson[/name_m] is a sweet name that’s rising in popularity with the adorable meaning of ‘bear cub’. It also has the film heritage with director [name_m]Orson[/name_m] [name_m]Welles[/name_m] and actor [name_m]Orson[/name_m] [name_u]Bean[/name_u]. I also love it with the nickname [name_u]Ori[/name_u]. To match the sisters middle I wanted to go with a nature or word name, I went with [name_m]Cosmo[/name_m] in the sense of a space nature name though it also has history through it’s root [name_m]Cosimo[/name_m] that was used most famously as the Medicis. For the second boys name I wanted a first with similar sound to [name_u]Nico[/name_u] or with a nickname with a similar sound, my first thought was [name_m]Magnus[/name_m] with the nickname [name_u]Gus[/name_u]. The name means ‘great’ in Latin and has been used by man royal families including by [name_m]Charlemagne[/name_m] (or [name_m]Carolus[/name_m] [name_m]Magnus[/name_m] in Latin). For Gus’s middle I was inspired to match [name_m]Cosmo[/name_m] with another space name and went with [name_u]Orion[/name_u] after the famous constellation, which I think does have a similar feeling to [name_m]Caspian[/name_m].
