Briggs

What do you ladies think of [name_m]Briggs[/name_m] as a FN?

Our son is named [name_f]Bryar[/name_f] and our daughter is [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f].

I know a little boy named [name_m]Briggs[/name_m]. I like it!

When I read that, my first thought was that a writer was trying out the name for an English butler character. Aside from that, it sounds cute, if mildly pretentious (as are many of my picks).

[name_m]Briggs[/name_m] is too harsh sounding for my taste. [name_m]Aren[/name_m]'t [name_f]Bryar[/name_f] and [name_m]Briggs[/name_m] a little matchy?

It’s not really my thing and I wouldn’t use [name_m]Briggs[/name_m] with sibling called [name_f]Bryar[/name_f].

It’s too abrupt for my taste. Maybe [name_u]Rhys[/name_u]?

Where did [name_m]Briggs[/name_m] come from? Of all the surnames out there, why has [name_m]Briggs[/name_m] suddenly made an appearance in the top 1000?

I don’t mind it, but it seems like there are so many better options out there. I wouldn’t use [name_f]Bryar[/name_f] and [name_m]Briggs[/name_m] for siblings anyway.

sooo Im guessing most of you are not fans of it LOL

My husband prefers [name_m]Maddox[/name_m] so I’m throwing any and all names at him because I think maddox is over used.
