We are expecting a special new addition to our family!
For a girl we’re looking for three syllable names with a one syllable middle name to compliment sisters [name]Madison[/name] [name]Grace[/name] (nn [name]Mimi[/name] or [name]Maisie[/name]) and [name]Kennedy[/name] [name]Rose[/name] (nn [name]Kenna[/name] or Kennie).
For a boy were looking for two syllable names with [name]Benjamin[/name] as a middle name to compliment brothers [name]Parker[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name] (nn Parky or [name]Parks[/name]) and [name]Charles[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name] (nn [name]Charlie[/name] or Chewie).
We would like to use a new first initial so names we love like [name]Penelope[/name] or [name]Monroe[/name] are out of the running…
Thank you for sharing your inspired ideas as we search for the right name for our special little someone!
Great suggestions (especially [name]Juniper[/name], that’s my name) love [name]Eliette[/name], [name]Leighton[/name], [name]Pearl[/name], [name]Leland[/name], and [name]Lennox[/name]!
Loving [name]Delaney[/name], [name]Flannery[/name], [name]Ellington[/name] and [name]Imogen[/name].
Any ideas for a nn for [name]Flannery[/name], other than [name]Fannie[/name]…although that does have a certain charm. Gotta say [name]Hugo[/name] is a longtome favorite too, I just love the meaning of that name, don’t you?
[name]Love[/name] the strong presence behind [name]Wilder[/name] and [name]Hudson[/name]. Can see [name]Wilder[/name] have the nn [name]Wiley[/name] or Wiles, but what about [name]Hudson[/name], any ideas?
Anyone have thoughts on [name]Sheridan[/name] similar names for a girl? I can see myself using the nn [name]Shea[/name] or turning nn [name]Sherri[/name] into “my little [name]Cherry[/name] on top”…
I think [name]Sheridan[/name] is a good fit with your other two girls, and I like the nn [name]Shea[/name].
But my favorite 3 syllable names for your newest girl would be [name]Elliot[/name], [name]Avery[/name], [name]Bellamy[/name] or [name]Savannah[/name].
If you would consider 2 syllables for girls, I think [name]Reagan[/name], [name]Harper[/name], [name]Bristol[/name], or [name]Arden[/name] would be perfect fits with your other children’s names.
Loving your name ideas. Actually, [name]Madison[/name] was almost a “[name]Savannah[/name]”…
It’s interesting how each new life has a certain personality even before birth, names I almost used for my older children, while still loved don’t carry the same weight the second, or third, or fourth, or FIFTH time around! :
What nn could work for [name]Arden[/name] other than Ardy?
So, we’ve had our ultrasound and are expecting a little girl! I’ve got my heart set on the most wonderful name…thank you all for your ideas. Can’t wait to kiss my little [name]Odelia[/name] [name]Joy[/name] (nn [name]Della[/name])…I think I’m in love!
