Initials aren’t really a consideration for me because I just don’t think they’re used often enough to be relevant. I do consider flow - style, syllables, alliteration and assonance - but I also weigh that up against how much my partner and I love the name, it’s meaning, whether it’s an honour name, how popular it is, and how instinctive it is to pronounce and spell. Those are things I think about for my potential children’s names. But your criteria is yours. Ultimately, neither one of those is deal breaker unless you think it is. The most important thing is how much you love the name, which it sounds you definitely do! But if you’re feeling unsure it won’t hurt to look for other names and just see what happens.
