I have been playing around with potential brother names for my son [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] [name_m]Alan[/name_m].
We chose [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] because I wanted something vintage with history and Hubby wanted something that sounded cool and trendy. Also loved it’s western/rodeo vibe. [name_m]Alan[/name_m] is a family name.
To continue on a similar line, I want to use a family name (in either a first or middle spot) and something that goes well with [name_u]Emmett[/name_u].
Family names I can use include:
[name_m]Victor[/name_m]
[name_u]Lawrence[/name_u]
[name_u]Sterling[/name_u]
[name_m]Keith[/name_m]
[name_m]Joseph[/name_m]
Others names currently considering include:
[name_m]Eli[/name_m] (not sure if I should use same initial)
[name_m]Quentin[/name_m] (is this too dated?)
[name_m]Tobias[/name_m] (I keep saying ‘too bias’ in my head)
[name_u]Carter[/name_u] (have friends with this last name which puts me off)
[name_u]Jude[/name_u] (Hubby thinks it’s too girly cos of ‘[name_f]Judy[/name_f]’)
I actually like all the names you listed as considerations too, especially [name_m]Eli[/name_m], [name_m]Quentin[/name_m], and [name_u]Jude[/name_u]. Maybe [name_u]Tobin[/name_u] as an alternative to [name_m]Tobias[/name_m]?
Thanks so much I’m loving [name_m]Levi[/name_m], [name_m]Harvey[/name_m], and [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u]! [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m] too but not sure about the same sound.
