My DH and I need another boy name to go with out son [name_m]Nathan[/name_m]. We really like [name_u]Mason[/name_u] but is it too similar? They would be [name_m]Nathan[/name_m] and [name_u]Mason[/name_u]. My DH thinks they sound cute together like twin brothers (they are 3.5 yrs apart).
I think [name_m]Nathan[/name_m] and [name_u]Mason[/name_u] are too close. They almost rhyme. I just said their names next to each other a few times fast and I ended up saying “[name_m]Nathan[/name_m] and Mathan”.

I think that [name_m]Nathan[/name_m] and [name_u]Mason[/name_u] are a little too close together in sound as well.
