I prefer [name_f]Bryony[/name_f], because then it actually relates to the plant. [name_f]Briony[/name_f] is a spelling variation of [name_f]Bryony[/name_f], like how [name_f]Lilly[/name_f] is a spelling variation of [name_f]Lily[/name_f], but it isn’t the correct botanical name. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] that helped!
[name_f]Bryony[/name_f]. I prefer word names spelt like the actual word (e.g. [name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Scarlet[/name_f], not [name_f]Lilly[/name_f] and [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]). [name_f]Briony[/name_f] has the connection to Atonement, though I’m not sure the character is a great namesake.
I much prefer [name_f]Bryony[/name_f]. The [name_f]Bri[/name_f]- version reminds me of [name_f]Briana[/name_f], even though I know it is pronounced differently, which is quite dated now.
I prefer [name_f]Bryony[/name_f] as it’s the original spelling. [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] name! I quite like it.
I prefer [name_f]Briony[/name_f] (and love this name), [name_f]Bryony[/name_f] just looks ugly and trendy.
I prefer [name_f]Bryony[/name_f]. I usually dislike too many y’s in names, but [name_f]Bryony[/name_f] is the exception - I like it.
I personally much prefer the [name_f]Bryony[/name_f] spelling. It looks more complete and elegant.
[name_f]Bryony[/name_f]. Like some others, if the name is a word I prefer it spelt right.
I prefer [name_f]Briony[/name_f] because [name_f]Bryony[/name_f] just has too many y’s for me. ([name_m]Even[/name_m] if it’s the correct spelling for the plant).
I prefer [name_f]Bryony[/name_f] because the [name_f]Briony[/name_f] spelling looks like “briny” to me.
I much prefer [name_f]Briony[/name_f]. [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] name.
I prefer [name_f]Bryony[/name_f], I had a friend from the UK a few years ago named [name_f]Bryony[/name_f]-[name_f]Paige[/name_f], which I always liked
I prefer [name_f]Bryony[/name_f], because it’s the original, and [name_f]Briony[/name_f] looks wrong to me, and slightly reminds me of brine/briny. [name_f]My[/name_f] friend has a little sister called [name_f]Bryony[/name_f], and I’ve always thought it’s a pretty name.
