Omgoodness! [name_f]Petra[/name_f]! I love [name_f]Petra[/name_f] for you guys. I used to not like it, but it’s slowly grown on me, over the past five or six years, haha, and I think [name_f]Petra[/name_f] works really well with your other girls (consequently, also your boys, haha). We get this magazine of missionary stories to our house, and one family (who is in Scandinavia somewhere, I think?) has three kids, [name_m]Reuben[/name_m], [name_f]Kaia[/name_f], and [name_f]Petra[/name_f]. Besides finding it a really mismatched sibset, haha, I think I’ve just fallen in love with [name_f]Petra[/name_f] because that [name_f]Petra[/name_f] is the cutest little toddler I’ve seen in years! White-blond hair, wide eyes, the most innocent smile you’ve ever seen.
Hmm.
[name_f]Florentina[/name_f]
[name_f]Valentina[/name_f]
[name_f]Catherina[/name_f]/[name_f]Catarina[/name_f]/[name_f]Katarina[/name_f]
[name_f]Carolina[/name_f] (omgoodness. I love her!)
[name_f]Catalina[/name_f] (this, too! I think E v e, D u l c i n e a, and [name_f]Catalina[/name_f] is adorable! And I love [name_f]Catalina[/name_f]'s versatile nicknames…)
[name_f]Madelina[/name_f] (although I love the Italian [name_f]Maddalena[/name_f] so much more!)
[name_f]Adelina[/name_f]
[name_f]Josefina[/name_f] (I like the Scandinavian/[name_m]German[/name_m] pronunciation more than the Spanish one, or even [name_f]Josephina[/name_f]? I like the [name_u]JO[/name_u] and [name_f]YO[/name_f] beginning sound)
[name_f]Adamina[/name_f] (I guess lots of people see this as [name_m]Adam[/name_m]-ina, but I just see [name_f]Ada[/name_f]-[name_f]Mina[/name_f], which I think are gorgeous together!)
[name_f]Jamesina[/name_f]
[name_f]Thomasina[/name_f] (or even [name_f]Tamsin[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Thomasina[/name_f] nn [name_f]Tamsin[/name_f] is cool)
[name_f]Marina[/name_f]
[name_f]Mina[/name_f]
[name_f]Serena[/name_f] ([name_f]Serena[/name_f]! I sort of love [name_f]Serena[/name_f] for you guys, too! I think she fits right in with E v i e and D a i s y.)
[name_f]Amina[/name_f]
[name_f]Adina[/name_f] (although I much prefer [name_f]Adara[/name_f] and [name_f]Adaya[/name_f], which I adore!)
[name_f]Angelina[/name_f]
[name_f]Anina[/name_f] (this intrigues me a lot!)
[name_f]Augustina[/name_f]
[name_f]Davina[/name_f] (I also have a strange obsessing with [name_f]Davida[/name_f], haha)
[name_f]Ekaterina[/name_f]
[name_f]Emelina[/name_f] (I think [name_f]Evelina[/name_f] suits your style more, but that’s out for obvious reasons!)
[name_f]Galina[/name_f]
[name_f]Gracina[/name_f] (? I found it in Nameberry’s database, and I’m not sure what to think of it, honestly…)
[name_f]Justina[/name_f]? (It seems a little bit dated, a la [name_f]Justine[/name_f], but the one [name_f]Justina[/name_f] I’ve met was this elegant, poised, beautiful African woman, and so I just find it unspeakably gorgeous.)
[name_f]Clementina[/name_f] (I would go hard-core Polish with the [name_f]Klementyna[/name_f] spelling, but I think that’s probably way over the top for him, hahaha! I think [name_f]Clementina[/name_f] is adorable, though!)
[name_f]Lucina[/name_f] (I like [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucilla[/name_f] more, but [name_f]Lucina[/name_f] is very dainty and sweet! I could really see her as a little sister to E v i e and D a i s y.)
[name_f]Lina[/name_f]/[name_f]Lena[/name_f]
[name_f]Sabina[/name_f]
[name_f]Severina[/name_f]
[name_f]Paulina[/name_f] (I don’t know, there’s just something about [name_f]Paulina[/name_f]! [name_f]Lina[/name_f]'s a really sweet nn, and I like the tie to the apostle [name_m]Paul[/name_m], even though I’m generally not a [name_m]Paul[/name_m] fan?)
[name_f]Natalina[/name_f] (sort of odd, but I think it’s really cute at the same time. Of course, I’m biased, as my little sister is [name_f]Natalie[/name_f]. :))
[name_f]Penina[/name_f] (apparently a Hebrew name meaning “pearl”? I think it’s adorable! I was thinking of [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]'s husband’s second wife, originally, which is [name_f]Peninnah[/name_f], I think? But [name_f]Penina[/name_f] is sweet! [name_u]Penny[/name_u] or even [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] could be cute nns, I think)
[name_f]Petrina[/name_f] (although I don’t like this nearly so much as simple [name_f]Petra[/name_f])
[name_f]Romina[/name_f]
[name_f]Rowena[/name_f]
[name_f]Selena[/name_f]
Zephyrina/Zeferina
[name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f]
[name_f]Yanina[/name_f] (There’s a [name_f]Yanina[/name_f] that frequently comes into where I work–also a Zerena!–and I think those are really intriguing, too)
[name_f]Lilia[/name_f]
[name_f]Talia[/name_f]
[name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] (or the Hebrew [name_f]Dalia[/name_f]?)
[name_f]Zinnia[/name_f]
[name_f]Azalea[/name_f]
[name_f]Julia[/name_f]
[name_f]Sofia[/name_f]
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f]
[name_f]Lavinia[/name_f]
[name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Ofelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f]
[name_f]Odilia[/name_f] (though I’m not Catholic, I love the story of St. [name_f]Odilia[/name_f]! At least, one of the St. Odilias, haha. The story I have heard, anyway, was that she was blinded from some disease in her childhood (or she was blind from birth? I don’t remember), and when she was baptized, she received her sight. I adore her. She’s one of my MNs for [name_f]Grace[/name_f].)
[name_f]Natalia[/name_f]
[name_f]Nadia[/name_f] (I just had to echo this. I think [name_f]Nadia[/name_f] [name_f]Constance[/name_f] would be gorgeous, and oh.my.goodness. I adore [name_f]Nadia[/name_f]. She is perfection!)
[name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]
[name_f]Emilia[/name_f]/[name_f]Amelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Adelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Adalia[/name_f] (I have a coworker with an [name_f]Ada[/name_f]!ea, which she says add-ah-lee-ah, rather than ah-DAHL-ee-ah, but I still think she’s gorgeous!)

[name_f]Flavia[/name_f]
[name_f]Junia[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucia[/name_f]
[name_f]Zenobia[/name_f]
[name_f]Zaria[/name_f]
[name_f]Leocadia[/name_f]
[name_f]Gracia[/name_f]/[name_f]Grazia[/name_f]
[name_f]Ksenia[/name_f]
[name_f]Saskia[/name_f]
Brynja [[name_u]BRIN[/name_u]-yah]
[name_f]Olesya[/name_f] (Russian form of [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f], I believe?)
Random other -a ending names that I can sort of see you liking:
[name_f]Zoya[/name_f]/Zoja (Russian form of [name_f]Zoe[/name_f], said ZOY-ah, fairly obviously. :))
[name_f]Zara[/name_f]
[name_f]Adela[/name_f]
[name_f]Leona[/name_f]/[name_f]Lenore[/name_f]/[name_f]Lenora[/name_f]
[name_f]Milena[/name_f]
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f]
[name_f]Giovanna[/name_f]
[name_f]Leina[/name_f]? (I came across it on a [name_m]French[/name_m] popularity database several months ago, and it really intrigues me? I think it’s said like [name_m]LAY[/name_m]-nah, but I think it makes it more clear-cut than [name_f]Lena[/name_f], and less trendified than [name_f]Layna[/name_f] or [name_f]Laina[/name_f], although [name_f]Laina[/name_f] isn’t TOO bad, I suppose)
[name_f]Reina[/name_f]?
[name_f]Zana[/name_f]/[name_f]Zanna[/name_f]
And though it doesn’t fit your criteria at all, haha, [name_u]Malin[/name_u]? I read somewhere it’s the Scandinavian form of [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] (which I think I read somewhere you campaigned for for a really long time?), so I feel like that could honor your ancestry, too. I don’t know. I sort of see it as a name you could like, but I don’t know for sure, haha. (Also, [name_f]Aster[/name_f]? For some reason, I see that suiting your style, too. I think I just keep throwing out random girls names I can see you liking because I never got around to responding to your first thread, haha. Also [name_f]Xanthe[/name_f]/[name_f]Ianthe[/name_f]… I just keep tacking them on as I think of them, haha!)
ETA: I couldn’t think of any AY-ah names when I first posted (although I suppose Adaya counts? Maybe? I’ve heard it said ah-DAY-ah and ah-DYE-ah…), but I just thought of one–Mireya! (mee-ray-ah) It’s the Spanish form of Mireille (which I like much better than Mireille, haha), and I think something like Constance Mireya might be really nice, or Petra Mireya Constance.
I don’t think I’d do it up front, though, since I think D u l c i n e a and Mireya are a bit too rhymey for my tastes. Still like it as a name, though.
And wow, that’s a long response. lol.
