I think it helps that they are different genders and will have different spellings of the name.

I’d say why not tell them it’s your favorite and ask them if it would bother them if you used it. That should avoid any issues I think.

Dh has two first cousins (they’re also cousins; not siblings) who used the same name for their little boy just a few months apart. They probably see each other a few times a year & have different last names. It’s totally not a big deal. [name_f]My[/name_f] dh has about a zillion cousins who all are having kids, so I’ve given up on taking names off my list that may be used by one of them. Specifically if it’s a cousin that we’re not particularly close to. [name_u]Noah[/name_u] is a beautiful name, by the way.
