I always find that it helps if you try to look at the process of naming in as relaxed a manner as possible, and also if you set yourself some requirements, as these limit your choice (I agree, there are just millions of names out there!). Perhaps say, we must use ______ as the middle name ([name]Natalia[/name]?) and so we need a name which flows with that, or doesn not end in A, or we want a name related to ______ (birds, sailing, anything which means a lot to you) or to reflect a specific nationality.
[name]Amelie[/name] - I adore this name, but I fear that the English-speaking word would forever mis-read it as [name]Amelia[/name], or not pronounce it quite correctly …
[name]Scarlett[/name] - haha, Scary is funny! But I am not so fond of this name, and it is getting popular …
[name]Eve[/name] - I don’t think that [name]Eve[/name] is plain, I think it is simple and refined; I love this name, despite its growing popularity. To eliminate the ‘evil son’ problem, you could use a name which you can then shorten to [name]Eve[/name]/[name]Evie[/name], such as [name]Evelyn[/name], [name]Evelina[/name], [name]Genevieve[/name] and [name]Evangeline[/name]/a.
[name]Eva[/name] - [name]Ava[/name] is beautiful, but very common, and I think this spelling would always be pronounced EE-va rather than AY-va.
[name]Violet[/name] - I don’t think [name]Violet[/name] is old-fashioned at all, but it getting very popular …
[name]Natalia[/name] - this is a lovely name; middle place it is!
[name]Ania[/name] - is this pronounced like [name]Anya[/name]? I love [name]Anya[/name]! If so, this one gets my vote.
