The title says it all: WDYT of [name_u]Casey[/name_u]?
For me it’s a bit dated. But friendly and approachable.
Definitely prefer it for a boy than a girl, especially after [name_u]Casey[/name_u] [name_m]Anthony[/name_m]!
I have good associations w/this name…the literary baseball player and [name_u]Casey[/name_u] [name_m]Jones[/name_m] (something to do w/trains), etc. Great name, but all the spelling variations have made it more common than you might think.
I think it’s quite nice for a boy, but it is dated, not that that’s a bad thing though!
I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_u]Casey[/name_u]! It’s actually one of my favorites and one I would consider using on a son someday. It it underused now when it was once very popular. It’s understated, amiable, totally unpretentious. It’s Irish without being ambiguous. I love it.
It’s fun. I have a hard time picturing it on a professional adult though, if that’s what he chose to be. I’m more conservative though, so would probably find a longer form and use it as a nn.
A little dated, sure, but [name_u]Casey[/name_u] wears so well on a guy. It’s easygoing and handsome.
Yeah, [name_u]Casey[/name_u]'s a little dated, but honestly I’d be thrilled to meet a little boy named [name_u]Casey[/name_u], so I vote dashing
It sounds dated to me.
[name_u]Casey[/name_u] has a 90’s feel, but I still like it. I have no idea why I consider names like [name_u]Tyler[/name_u], [name_u]Corey[/name_u] and [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] too dated, but [name_u]Casey[/name_u] is nice.
Very dated!
