I prefer Owen both as a name and with that combo. But I can see how Cayden repeats the A sound of HAiley and DylAn and might be more surprising as a name. I also see how your other two names each repeat sounds with their respective middle names - and in that way the Cayden combo does that more obviously that the Owen one. So that’s got me thinking Cayden might be the better choice…
[name_m]Owen[/name_m] is my favorite! It’s charming, elegant and strong. [name_m]Owen[/name_m] [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] [name_m]Jay[/name_m] has a great flow!
I like either. They both work with the set and with the combo. What ultimately makes me lean towards [name_m]Owen[/name_m] is how easily [name_m]Cayden[/name_m] could be confused with similar names like [name_m]Jaden[/name_m] or [name_m]Aidan[/name_m].
