[name_f]Sister[/name_f] to [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_u]James[/name_u]? I don’t have a middle name, so any suggestions for that? And do you think it could work to honor [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]?
Thanks

I personally prefer Charlotte (because Charmaine feels a bit dated to me), but I like both!! I think it definitely does work as an honor. More honor ideas, if you’re looking to peruse more, might be Lottie, Charlie, Carly, Lotte / Lotta, Charlize, Charity, Chastity, Arlo, or Scarlett!
[name_f]Carlotta[/name_f] or [name_f]Charlotta[/name_f] work too!
[name_f]Charmaine[/name_f] is distinct and interesting though it does remind me of [name_f]Charmaine[/name_f] [name_u]West[/name_u] a little - probably just me though.
I think it works to honour [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
I’m sorry, but I do not care for [name_f]Charmaine[/name_f]. Maybe it’s my own accent, but I find it country sounding & dated.
I love [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] with [name_u]August[/name_u]
i like it. i had a classmate named charmaine in kindergarten. i remember little me thinking that her name is very pretty and refined :).
