Later on in life, your kids grow up. What do they become, who do they marry, what are their kids names?
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] has a talent and passion for science, she does well in secondary school and continues to develop her knowledge of this subject whilst in college, nearing the end of her education [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] is offered a scholarship to study Aeronautical Engineering and Astronomy at the Imperial College [name_u]London[/name_u], which we all encourage her to snap up. For a 17 year old she is very level-headed in her decision to accept the scholarship and move up to [name_u]London[/name_u] on her own. After four years of more study - a period which we barely saw our daughter - [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] got a job at the UK Space Agency in Wiltshire, another move this time, and one taking her even further away from home. [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] was very dedicated to her work and she hardly ever heard from her, so much so that we went six months without any contact until one day she run us up out of the blue saying she’d gotten engaged! [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] was 32 at this point and we’d personally thought it would never happen for our career-orientated daughter, but of course we were wrong, she married a lovely young man called [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] [name_m]Jack[/name_m] [name_m]Niles[/name_m] who was in the same line of work. It was several years more before [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] and [name_m]Jack[/name_m] graced us with grandchildren, twins named [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] and [name_f]Leda[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_m]Niles[/name_m].
[name_f]Willow[/name_f] was always much more interested in her younger siblings than her big sister, especially [name_u]Max[/name_u] who was the baby of the family for most of his life. Our second and youngest daughter dreamed of taking care of children, she took child development at GCSE level and again at college before she found out about the Norland College for “posh nannies”, once this bit of information was in her head there was nothing else that [name_f]Willow[/name_f] could talk about. When she applied and got in it was the best thing to ever happen to her. [name_f]Willow[/name_f] has had only had one job, and that was to be the nanny of reality TV star [name_u]Dillon[/name_u] McKay and her actor husband [name_u]Ryan[/name_u] [name_u]Channing[/name_u], over the ten years that [name_f]Willow[/name_f] stayed with the family she helped raise [name_u]Dillon[/name_u] and [name_u]Ryan[/name_u]'s four children; [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]-[name_f]Aimee[/name_f], [name_f]Jubilee[/name_f], [name_f]Annalee[/name_f], and Archiee, before taking an early retirement to have her own child. [name_f]Willow[/name_f] gave birth to a little boy she named [name_m]Rudolph[/name_m] [name_m]Bravery[/name_m] Scholar, and later married the father, [name_m]George[/name_m] [name_m]Hamilton[/name_m] Scholar. [name_f]Willow[/name_f] was called out of retirement by [name_u]Dillon[/name_u] and [name_u]Ryan[/name_u] to help take care of troublesome pre-teen Archiee and also give some consistency to their other children’s lives.
[name_m]Tobias[/name_m] was our sporty little lad, if it included running, jumping, or just generally loosing a lot of energy, our [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] would try it out and usually ended up quite good at it. [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] struggled sticking to one thing however - this became very clear in his teen years when I would have hysterical girls’ mother’s knocking on my door labelling my son as a heartbreaker (which he just found hilarious) - until [name_m]Luc[/name_m] came up with the idea of putting him into Cadet’s to give him a bit of discipline and stability. That was in then, [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] wanted to be a soldier. No. Matter. What. I hated the idea, but I loved my first born son and so condoned it, it was his dream after all. Our compromise was that [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] went to normal sixth form first and not army college, then he took a gap year so he wasn’t too young before joining the army. During his gap year [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] met [name_f]Roberta[/name_f] [name_m]Jackson[/name_m], who was unlike any girl he’d ever met in his life, he fell in love with her and I thought that if anyone could stop him going into the army it would be her, but even she couldn’t. Their whirlwind romance ended when [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] refused to not go into the army, but that wasn’t the end, [name_u]Bo[/name_u] revealed she was pregnant, her deeply [name_m]Christian[/name_m] parents wanted nothing to do with her. So what could we do? She was carrying our first grandchild? We invited her into her home and I was by her side when she gave birth to [name_f]Henrietta[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_m]Calix[/name_m]. [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] and [name_u]Bo[/name_u] got back together, they married while he was on leave, and together they had two more children; [name_m]Lewis[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] and [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_u]Drew[/name_u] [name_m]Calix[/name_m] before [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] called time on the army and came home to us for good.
[name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] led a much less exciting life than his twin - but I was very okay with this - never one for sport, [name_m]Seb[/name_m] aced every test put in front of him, but he didn’t have a specific passion for something like [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] or [name_f]Willow[/name_f], or even [name_m]Tobias[/name_m]. [name_m]Seb[/name_m] went through sixth form not really knowing what he wanted to do, he took a gap year alongside his twin trying to figure it out and had a lot of part time jobs as well volunteering work everywhere imaginable. While volunteering at his old secondary school [name_m]Seb[/name_m] found out something that he had never even considered, he wanted to be a teacher, that was HIS passion. [name_m]Seb[/name_m] did his University degree with ease, he took a speciality in maths and was an amazing teacher, all of the kids loved him, especially when he began a relationship with the English teacher from down the corridor, [name_u]June[/name_u] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] [name_m]Bowen[/name_m]. They were the talk of the school for both staff and pupils, but they remained happy and blissful together, they married not long after and went on to have four children; [name_m]Jeremy[/name_m] [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u], [name_f]Summer[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f], [name_f]Bryony[/name_f] [name_f]Maria[/name_f] & [name_m]Eugene[/name_m] [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] [name_m]Calix[/name_m].
Lastly, our baby [name_u]Max[/name_u] didn’t like being the baby much, and in hindsight maybe I tried to keep him as my little boy for way too longer than was healthy for him, this is probably why it wasn’t much of a surprise for him to come home aged 15 with a tearful girl on his shoulder blubbering about being pregnant. Oh no, another teenage pregnancy caused by one of my sons. The girl, [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Juliana[/name_f] [name_f]Rayne[/name_f], insisted on keeping the baby and I insisted that my son would help out any which way he could. Miraculously they stayed together for two years, until [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_m]Calix[/name_m]-[name_f]Rayne[/name_f] was about eighteen months old, then they admitted that the relationship was going no where and split up. But I ensured that [name_u]Max[/name_u] got regular access to his daughter, and the three remained close. [name_u]Max[/name_u] swore off women for a long time, saying the only girls he wanted in his life were me, his sisters and his daughter. He did an apprenticeship at a car manufacturers where he later found permanent work, and led his life as a happy single dad for quite a number of years. All of this changed however when he met [name_f]Willow[/name_f]'s boyfriend’s younger sister, [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Antonia[/name_f] Scholar, and an unlikely romance blossomed there. She was a straight-A, First student with a job in pathology, but their differences was what brought them closer and added depth to their relationship. They haven’t married (yet), but have recently welcomed their first child together, a little half-brother for [name_u]Sam[/name_u]; [name_m]Caleb[/name_m] [name_m]Maxfield[/name_m] [name_m]George[/name_m] [name_m]Calix[/name_m].
