Hi everyone!! I currently have a baby name list and I have more girls names than boy names, so I was wondering if you guys could tell me your favorite and least favorite. I’m open to any name suggestions that fit the overall vibe of my list or certain names, as well as any middle name pairings that may fit. Thanks!

She’s melodic, elegant, romantic and has gorgeous floral imagery attached. She feels summery with imagery attached surrounding European coastal towns, bright blue seas, sandy beaches and a hence of joyful calmness. [name_f]Truly[/name_f] lovely name.

[name_f]My[/name_f] least favourite is [name_m]Shai[/name_m].

For me this name feels masculine. [name_f]My[/name_f] mother’s family are Jewish and this name is popular amongst Israelis so just feels masculine. I think maybe [name_f]Irish[/name_f] [name_f]Shea[/name_f] would work better feels more unisex.

I’d say my favorite is [name_f]Bianca[/name_f], not sure why but I just like the way it sounds I guess. I also like [name_f]Esme[/name_f] and [name_f]Marlee[/name_f]. [name_f]My[/name_f] least favorite is [name_f]Noa[/name_f], for some reason I’ve always really disliked [name_m]Noah[/name_m] for a boy and while I mind it slightly less for a girl it still doesn’t appeal to me at all.

I think my favorite is Esme!! She’s so sweet and warm and artsy sounding, and I just love that!!

Your entire list is lovely but I think my least favorite is [name_f]Juno[/name_f], just because I don’t vibe with the whole mythology and gods/goddesses thing a lot.

[name_f]Noemi[/name_f]

Distinctive, warm and lovely, with a sparkle of flair! I like that strong O sound, the sweet feel of ‘-emi’, the pleasant meaning, and pleasing sound. I enjoy that it’s a twist on a more familiar name, and has nickname potential (Noa, [name_f]Emi[/name_f], [name_f]Mimi[/name_f], Nim)

I think my least favourite is [name_m]Shai[/name_m] - it has a lovely meaning and vibe, and I love [name_f]Shiloh[/name_f], but if you’re in an [name_f]English[/name_f] speaking country, I think having a name that sounds like ‘Shy’ might get irritating :person_shrugging:

i’d say this AY-lush by the way!
ayla is my second favourite girls name in the world, it’s so pretty nd gives me this outside cottage core kind of feel. i love her meaning of ‘moonlight’ & i feel that just expands on my love for this gorgeous name!

not a bad name & this is definitely more of a personal thing. i had a teacher i really hated called bianca & since then i don’t like the name, it just doesn’t appeal to me. i’ve never really liked the name bianca and just find it odd & kind of clunky & annoying to say. but that’s my opinion, and if you like it that’s fine!

I like how it would suit most people as the ending is feminine and soft but the beginning sounds more fun and outdoorsy. Similarly I like how you could go both ways with nicknames, [name_f]Dee[/name_f] or [name_f]Lilah[/name_f]. I also really love the song [name_f]Delilah[/name_f] by [name_f]Florence[/name_f] + The Machine so that sways my opinion quite heavily as well.

[name_f]My[/name_f] least favourite has to be [name_f]Ayla[/name_f].
I tend to struggle with super soft, floaty sounding names and names that are very vowel heavy. [name_m]Just[/name_m] a personal preference but I think (girls) names are generally more exciting when they have at least one hard consonant in there. So whilst I’m not keen on [name_f]Ayla[/name_f], I like [name_f]Ayda[/name_f], [name_f]Kayla[/name_f] etc

It’s one of my top favourite names.

Least Favourite: [name_f]Monet[/name_f]. Maybe as a middle but I can’t picture it on a person.

(I thought [name_m]Shai[/name_m] would be pronounced as [name_f]Shay[/name_f]. Could be a cute middle).
