hello everybody! i’m a first time mama and even though i have six months before baby is born i want to start building up a collection of possible names that i can narrow down as time comes. dad-to-be and i decided we want a surprise so we’ve decided not to find out the gender until birth so i want to find girl and boy names. we’re also open to unisex names and boy names used for girls. here’s what we think so far:

Congrats mama! Yes, think about those names early, it’s easier to figure out what you want as you get closer and it’s best — in my opinion — to have a small list of either gender even once you get close to birth! You might love one but once you have your baby fall in love with the other.

Your boys list feels very eclectic a little cowboy my favourites are [name_u]Forest[/name_u] & [name_m]Gable[/name_m]. I actually adore the name [name_u]Forest[/name_u] he’s so lovely and [name_m]Gable[/name_m] feels distinguished.
Looking at your unisex options I can see that [name_u]Roscoe[/name_u] is listed for both and I’ve suggested him for a son. I actually think [name_u]Roscoe[/name_u] would be a fab option especially for a son. I also really like [name_u]Billie[/name_u] and [name_u]Harlow[/name_u].
