[name]Even[/name] thoughi t doesn’t start with an “A”, I love the name [name]Noel[/name]
[name]Astrid[/name] (like the star of Bethlehem?)
[name]Amity[/name] (goodwill toward others?)
You might be able to get to [name]Christmas[/name] from a combo, like:
[name]Amy[/name] [name]Cadeau[/name] ([name]Beloved[/name] gift)
[name]Aida[/name] [name]Noelle[/name] ([name]Happy[/name] [name]Christmas[/name])
I don’t think you will find one. What about [name]Adair[/name]? Or you could use a variation, I don’t think it will be a bad idea. [name]Angelina[/name] is beautiful.
Her due date is 12/31…I doubt she’ll make it that far. BUT, if she does, are there [name]New[/name] Year’s names??
For [name]New[/name] Year’s, I’m obviously thinking [name]Eve[/name] - but if you want a name starting with ‘A’, [name]Aoife[/name] (EE-fa) is the Gaelic form of [name]Eve[/name] and is also very pretty, though I don’t know if it’s too out there for you. Also, [name]Aurora[/name], which means dawn, could be used to celebrate the ‘dawn’ of the new year. I absolutely love that name for a little girl! As far as [name]Christmas[/name] names, I don’t really have much besides [name]Angel[/name]; I would suggest [name]Angelica[/name] or [name]Angelina[/name] but that might be too closely related. However, if you decide to go that route, those names are beautiful!
[name]Aspen[/name] is a tree which relates to [name]Christmas[/name] trees
[name]Aurora[/name] has to do with lights and lights are a huge part of [name]Christmas[/name]!
[name]Ava[/name] sounds Christmassy to me even though I can’t really find any connections
[name]Just[/name] curious, but why A?
[name]Christmas[/name] A Names:
[name]Amaryllis[/name]
[name]Aster[/name]
[name]Avery[/name]
[name]New[/name] Years A Names:
[name]Audrey[/name]
[name]Aurora[/name]
You could possibly use any A name if it’s the new year, since [name]New[/name] Year’s is the start of a [name]New[/name] Year and A is the beginning of the alphabet, might be a stretch, but it’s a subtle tie.
[name]Arella[/name] means “angel”, and I think it’s pretty.
[name]Even[/name] though it doesn’t start with “a”, but both [name]Natalia[/name] & [name]Natalie[/name] mean “born on [name]Christmas[/name] day”.
Maybe instead of a [name]New[/name] Year’s (I can’t think of this one) or [name]Christmas[/name] name, you could try a winter name, like [name]Winter[/name] or [name]Snow[/name], though I can’t think of any that start with “a”.
There’s always [name]Eve[/name]!
But also [name]Nova[/name] (means new) and [name]Lilith[/name] (means night) are good options.
An “A” name because this is their 4th child & ALL of their names start with “A”. They want to stick with “A” for the first name. I have suggested [name]Autumn[/name] to them but I wanna toss out a name to them that would be fitting for the time of year.
I had suggested [name]Evangeline[/name] & [name]Eve[/name] would be a good nickname, but they want an “A” name.
What middle names would you pick to go with [name]Arella[/name]?
I like [name]Noel[/name] and [name]Natalie[/name]/[name]Natalia[/name] a lot (even though they don’t start with an A). It doesn’t start with an A, but I think [name]Emmanuelle[/name] is gorgeous.
