Claire Vienna, or...?

Hello, lovelies! I find myself at a bit of a name conundrum, and I’m hoping y’all can help me out a bit. :stuck_out_tongue:

Recently I’ve fallen pretty hard for [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Vienna[/name_f]–for some reason, it’s always been in the back of my head as a possibility, but only just recently really connected with it, and I’m still crushing hard. I love that [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] reminds me of one of my favorite stories. I like [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] best so far.

On the other hand, there’s [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]. This has been pretty much my go-to [name_f]Claire[/name_f] combo for nearly a decade–obviously I love it. That being said, in the past little bit, I’ve felt a bit lackluster about it, but I think the right second middle could fix that. I’ve tossed about [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Esther[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] the most, but I’m not convinced.

My third option is [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f]. [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f] is from one of my absolute favorite stories of all time, [name_m]Ben[/name_m] Hur, and I love the name. I’ve been itching to fit it onto my list for ages and ages, and I love it with [name_f]Claire[/name_f]! Maybe [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f] [name_f]Odette[/name_f] or [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f]?

Lastly, [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f]. I crushed on this a while back, but couldn’t find a second middle, so I let it go. [name_m]Peter[/name_m] is one of my favorite Bible characters ever, and I love this feminine form of his real name, but what works with [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f]?! I’m stumped.

Anyhow, if you could pick your favorite combo and suggest some second middles, I’d appreciate it! [name_f]Claire[/name_f] is already a family name, so I’m not too fussed about attaching another, but I’m not opposed to it, if the right name fits.

Thanks, Berries!

You tried posting this twice, both of which got caught behind the spam filter. I approved this attempt and deleted the other one.

Thank you! I had messaged @katinka since I’ve spoken to her most of the mods, but wasn’t sure who’d get to it first. I had attempted to remember what I had written and repost, but both got eaten up, and this is the one I’d hoped would be posted, so thank you!

There are so many great choices here! I really like [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f] Tizrah [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f].

[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_f]Therese[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]/[name_f]Guinevere[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_f]Cecily[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_f]Ruth[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_f]Judith[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_f]Berenice[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_f]Eunice[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_f]Tamar[/name_f]/a

You have great choices, and I can see how hard this is!

[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] is just dreamy.
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is more traditional, a classic, though these two sound pretty similar. [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is quite nice!

My favorite right now is [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] - all names have different syllables, sounds, and styles. It all balances out perfectly.

Some ideas to incorporate your other favorites:
[name_f]Petra[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Pietra[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Erin[/name_f] [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_u]Simone[/name_u] [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f]
[name_f]Tirzah[/name_f] [name_m]Simon[/name_m]é

[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f] [name_u]Simone[/name_u]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_f]Beth[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f] [name_u]Bell[/name_u]

[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] is wonderful! It’s so mystical yet grounded! It’s my favourite of your names

I think [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is a classic stunner, however [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f], is edgy and definitely unique! I would say if your brave go with tirzah! I like it!

I’m not a double middle name person, so I can’t thimk of any suggestions!

When I approve one of a multiple number of attempts blocked by the spam filter I usually do the first one for that reason. The one(s) I do delete I always do a “soft delete” where the post can be recovered if I assume wrong.

Thanks, everyone! It seems like [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f], [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]/[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f], and [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] are all the clear winners so far–and I think I’m in agreement! I like [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Simona[/name_f], but it doesn’t feel like me quite so much as the others.

Anyone feel like suggesting further second middles for [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Vienna[/name_f], [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f], or [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]? I think right now they all rank about equal, but I admit that the combos I’ve come up with I’m really not sold on, so if anyone wants to do some suggesting for those, I’d be all-ears! I really like the idea of an “E” name after [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Vienna[/name_f], but other than that, I’m not too particular? I’d rather keep [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] and [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f] right next to [name_f]Claire[/name_f], but have found I like the [name_f]Claire[/name_f] _____ [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] and the [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] ____ construction, so I could go either way as far as that goes.

@aren - thank you for the suggestions! I admit I do [name_f]ADORE[/name_f] [name_f]Petra[/name_f], but am not sure I can see me with a little [name_f]Petra[/name_f], so I’ve always reserved it for the mn spot. I do love [name_f]Petra[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], or even better, [name_f]Petra[/name_f] [name_f]Emmanuelle[/name_f]! But I’ve just not found the right fn for her yet. [name_m]Say[/name_m], [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Petra[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] doesn’t work, does it?!

I think [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] is beautiful! [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] is actually one of my favourite names ever as well - it’s in my signature, in fact! And I love the sound of [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Elise[/name_f].

Have you thought about combining two options to make [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Vienna[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]? I think it goes very nicely, but maybe the flow is not to your taste.
