Downside of [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] is that it’s currently so popular (if you include variants), plus I am not keen on ‘[name_u]Izzy[/name_u]’ as nn. But I do think it’s a lovely name.
[name_f]Evie[/name_f] is also very popular in the UK, where I live, and I guess [name_f]Evelina[/name_f] would be shortened. Though maybe could be shortened to [name_f]Eve[/name_f].
I love all of these so much… I’m not sure about popularity over there but [name_f]Clara[/name_f] here is much more popular than the others (besides all the [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] variations). I would vote [name_f]Freya[/name_f] or [name_f]Evelina[/name_f]
My favorite is [name_f]Isobel[/name_f], followed by [name_f]Clara[/name_f]. My favorite nickname for [name_f]Isobel[/name_f]/[name_f]Isabel[/name_f] is Isby, although I most likely would not use a nickname.
[name_f]Evelina[/name_f] is my absolute favorite, [name_f]Lina[/name_f] is another nickname option. [name_f]Freya[/name_f] is second. [name_f]Clara[/name_f] & [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] I like equally!
These are all wonderful names, so it is hard to choose. My favorite is [name_f]Isobel[/name_f], but taking the popularity issue into consideration I think I like [name_f]Evelina[/name_f] best. [name_f]Lina[/name_f] is an adorable nickname if you aren’t excited about [name_f]Evie[/name_f] or [name_f]Eve[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Clara[/name_f] and [name_f]Freya[/name_f] equally, but less than either [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] or [name_f]Evelina[/name_f].
I love [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f], but would choose [name_f]Clara[/name_f] because of the popularity of [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] in its many forms.
It’s between [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] for me, and given the popularity of [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] I would lean towards [name_f]Clara[/name_f]. [name_f]Freya[/name_f] is ok, but I’m not a fan of [name_f]Evelina[/name_f] - a bit fussy or prissy for me.
