Colson

We both [name]LOVE[/name] the name [name]Cole[/name], but it doesn’t go with our last name. So I was on babywizard.com and discovered Colson. I much prefer it to [name]Colton[/name], and would love to hear other opinions on this name. He would go by [name]Cole[/name] as a nickname.

I like this name well enough, mostly for the nickname Colson TBH.

Here’s some other suggestions:

[name]Colby[/name]
[name]Coleridge[/name]
[name]Collis[/name]
[name]Colom[/name]
[name]Colt[/name]
[name]Colter[/name]
[name]Colvin[/name]
Colwyn

I think it’s a good enough choice, but I would spell it Coleson. If I saw Colson on paper I would think it sounded more like “call-son” than “cole-son.”

I know a three-year-old Colsen, pronounced like Colson, and I like it a lot. Very cute and a nice alternative to [name]Cole[/name].

I do see Colson’s appeal, but I prefer [name]Colton[/name], personally. The nn [name]Cole[/name] is adorable! [name]Coleman[/name] or [name]Collin[/name], nn [name]Cole[/name], might be another option for you?

I like it spelled Colsen

My 8 year old son is named Colson. He has no trouble with his teachers or classmates (2nd grade) mispronouncing our misspelling his name. He says he likes his name, especially because he’s always the only Colson in his class. FYI, in his class of approx 34 (half would be girls, presumably), there are two [name]Jake[/name]'s, two Jacks and two [name]Andrew[/name]'s. =P

this is my pick i love Colson There is a rapper Machine [name]Gun[/name] [name]Kelly[/name] and his 1st name is Colson
