Why isn’t [name]Elodie[/name] a first name choice as that seems to be what you’re going to call her regardless with some of the choices? I chose [name]Freya[/name].

I’m also wondering why [name]Elodie[/name] has been bypassed as the official first name…

[name]Elodie[/name] [name]Maris[/name] sounds nice.

I also Like [name]Freya[/name] [name]Maris[/name] as a combo.

I voted for [name]Serena[/name] [name]Maris[/name] and [name]Eliza[/name] [name]Melody[/name], but I’m with the others, I just don’t see why you wouldn’t just use [name]Elodie[/name] if that’s what you love. But in a previous post, you said you liked [name]Melody[/name] more than [name]Elodie[/name], so if that’s the case, I don’t really understand why you keep trying to force [name]Elodie[/name]? I would just use [name]Elodie[/name], personally, I think it’d be a lot less hassle. And I’m not sure you’re going to get the pronunciations you want, honestly–I’ve never heard [name]Maris[/name] as muh-[name]REESE[/name] ([name]MARE[/name]-iss) or [name]Eliza[/name] as eh-[name]LEE[/name]-zah (eh-LIE-zah). People will learn, I suppose, but I think it’d be a lot of endless annoyances for you.

The combo [name]Serena[/name] [name]Maris[/name] stands out for me!

Thanks for you contribution. We wouldn’t use [name]Serena[/name] [name]Maris[/name], but would [name]Melody[/name]. We would bring all three [name]Melody[/name] combos to hospital.

I voted for [name]Eliza[/name] [name]Melody[/name] and [name]Freya[/name] [name]Elisa[/name], but I agree with the rest of her statement.

I want to use [name]Melody[/name] on name certificate because I like it more than [name]Elodie[/name], but I have problems with speech, so [name]Elodie[/name] is more easier to say. [name]Melody[/name] and [name]Elodie[/name] have different accent.

I live in different country, it’s not english-speaking, so I could easily pn [name]Maris[/name] muh-rees, and [name]Eliza[/name] is traditional name pn Eh-lee-zah.
