What do you think of [name_u]Constantine[/name_u] with my two boys? We find out what we are having in [name_u]December[/name_u] and the boys name is what we are struggling with. Is this name too [name_m]Roman[/name_m] for the US? What nicknames do you like? (We were thinking [name_u]Kit[/name_u]). [name_f]TIA[/name_f] 
[name_u]Constantine[/name_u] is a great name! [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_u]Con[/name_u], [name_u]Connie[/name_u], or [name_m]Stan[/name_m] for a nn?
I like the suggestion of [name_u]Kit[/name_u] for a nn, I think it would pair well with your other kids names.
I really like [name_u]Constantine[/name_u] nn [name_u]Kit[/name_u] but although I do like [name_u]Kit[/name_u] with your other boy’s names, I don’t think that [name_u]Constantine[/name_u] goes very well. I know of someone where I live with a son named [name_u]Constantine[/name_u] and I don’t think it has ever caused any sort of issue (I’m in the US also).
I like the nn [name_u]Kit[/name_u], I can’t think of any suggestions other than what’s already been mentioned. I think [name_u]Constantine[/name_u] is too stuffy with your other kids names, which I see as very carefree and fun. [name_m]Just[/name_m] [name_u]Kit[/name_u] would get my vote.
[name_u]Constantine[/name_u] (spelled [name_u]Konstantin[/name_u]) is a common Russian name, so I think of it as Russian, not [name_m]Roman[/name_m]. 
I think it’s very handsome, and [name_u]Kit[/name_u] would be a great nickname.
Same as above, I like [name_u]Kit[/name_u] with your boys name, but [name_u]Constantine[/name_u] sounds odd to me!
While I like [name_u]Constantine[/name_u], it feels completely different to your sons’ names. [name_u]Kit[/name_u] on its own would definitely work, though.
[name_u]Constantine[/name_u] is my uncle’s name! He lives in [name_m]New[/name_m] [name_m]York[/name_m] and he’s never had a problem with it. I think it’s handsome and I love the rich history behind it.
He goes by his full name though for a young boy I’d love [name_u]Kit[/name_u], [name_m]Stan[/name_m] or even [name_u]Connie[/name_u] as nicknames!
I know of a young [name_u]Constantine[/name_u] who goes by [name_m]Cosmo[/name_m].
