I’ve been settled on Carolina (with line not leen) for a bit but was looking at Caroline deviations this morning and Coraline popped out at me—- so Carolina or Coraline?
Edit: don’t worry about the movie- it’s not a movie reference and if people take it as that I’m no more worried about that than any other name that has a character reference.
Personally I prefer [name_f]Coraline[/name_f] 
[name_f]Coraline[/name_f] is my favourite she’s majestic and has this witchy ethereal vibe that feels enchanting and free spirited. I love the nickname [name_f]Cora[/name_f] for [name_f]Coraline[/name_f] adding a vintage flair. I think [name_f]Coraline[/name_f] would be fun
They’re both lovely names, but I prefer Coraline! It has a pretty and dainty but mystical vibe, so many wonderful nicknames and it’s just really beautiful to me.

I appreciate that- [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] doesn’t feel quite right to me. But the full name does refer back to each of my three grandmas- one which was [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] so I certainly don’t dislike the name
