Could I use Jameson if a Jam3s is already in the family?

I think you can totally use [name_u]Jameson[/name_u]. You can always use a nickname day to day for him other than [name_u]James[/name_u] for example [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] or [name_u]Jay[/name_u] which makes it not too similar to [name_u]James[/name_u].

I really like the name [name_u]Jameson[/name_u] as I think a lot of middle names would flow well with it and it is quite underused.

I think it’s definitely still usable, but the [name_u]James[/name_u] may think you are honoring him so I would make sure you are ok with that
