First things first, I am not pregnant or TTC (teenberry over here) but I am set on naming my first female child [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], as it is my favorite girl name ever. I adore the name [name_f]Zora[/name_f], which is a Croatian (my native language) word for dawn. I am planning on having 3 or 4 children (which probably means mora than 1 girl) when I’m older, and would like to use [name_f]Zora[/name_f], but I think it’d be weird if they share the meaning.
Okay, let’s sum it all up. Can [name_f]Zora[/name_f] work as a nn for [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] (you know, like sometimes [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]'s are nicknamed [name_f]Daisy[/name_f])? What do you think?
I think [name_f]Zora[/name_f] would be a great nn for [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], especially if they have the same meaning.
Totally works! [name_f]Zora[/name_f] is gorgeous. I’ve never heard it before, it’s even more fantastic than [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] in my opinion.
