Alexander “[name_u]Alex[/name_u]” [name_m]John[/name_m] Zanolini (20) is [name_f]Natasha[/name_f]’s boyfriend. He is also a pre-med student and is thankful that his parents, who are both doctors as well, are able to help him out financially so he does not need to work while he’s in school. He loves to spoil [name_f]Natasha[/name_f] with little gifts and reminding her that she’s wonderful. He also loves to go to open mic nights on their college campus.
Elisabeth “[name_f]Libby[/name_f]” [name_f]Grazia[/name_f] Zanolini (20) is [name_u]Alex[/name_u]’s twin sister. She’s a travel writer and her wanderlust makes it hard for her to stay in one place for too long. She doesn’t like being in committed relationships because she’s afraid of being tied down. She rarely makes it home, but hen she does, she always makes sure to try and see one of her brother’s open mic nights.
Lauren [name_f]Helena[/name_f] Zanolini (47) is [name_u]Alex[/name_u] & [name_f]Libby[/name_f]’s mom. She loves to travel, and even met her husband during a trip to [name_f]Italy[/name_f] in her early 20s. She now works in a school as she had to give up her globetrotting lifestyle after having kids. She sometimes accompanies [name_f]Libby[/name_f] on her travels if they happen to be during school holidays. She likes to relax on the beach when it’s warm enough so that she can replicate the feeling of being on vacation.
Mary [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] Schaffer (44) is [name_f]Lauren[/name_f]’s best friend. They met at a mommy and me class when their children were both young and became fast friends. [name_f]Mary[/name_f] works as a marriage therapist and enjoys helping couples work through their issues. She enjoys gardening and tending to her chickens that she keeps in her large yard.
[name_u]Eden[/name] [name_f]Marie[/name] Schaffer (17) is [name_f]Mary[/name]’s eldest daughter. She’s a high school senior and is going to NYU Tisch, where she’s studying to become an actress. She’s made a couple of short films and plans on becoming a director as well. She has a small group of extremely close friends that most people deem as “pretentious”, but she doesn’t really care about what other people say about them. She has a calico she’s lovingly named Sorrel.
Mi-sun ‘[name_u]Sunny[/name_u]’ Jeong (17) is [name_u]Eden[/name_u]’s best friend and head of sound tech on her short films, a job she takes both seriously and also constantly makes jokes about, much to the bemusement of her teachers. She’s planning on studying music production with hopes of becoming a producer, as although she’s pretty good at playing the flute, she wants this to remain a hobby and not be pulled into academics. [name_u]Sunny[/name_u]’s also been scoping out her accommodation, with a plan to purchase a pet chinchilla once she moves in.
Sun-mi ‘[name_f]Mimi[/name]’ Jeong (16) is [name_u]Sunny[/name]'s younger sister and a frequent actress in [name_u]Eden[/name]'s short films. She’s considered part of [name_u]Eden[/name]'s group despite her young age, giving the girl a little bit of a superiority complex. Thanks to her older friends, however, [name_f]Mimi[/name] discovered her love for acting and now wishes to become an actress. When not hanging with her older friend group, [name_f]Mimi[/name] has a little group of her own— that are more like The Plastics than anything else.
Kelsey [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f] O’[name_u]Connor[/name_u] (16) is a part of [name_f]Mimi[/name_f]’s friend group. While definitely not the queen bee, she certainly sometimes wishes that she was the “it girl” at school. She doesn’t care much about academics, but she loves photography: it’s the only school club she’s a part of. She has a sweet spot for babies and little children and occasionally babysits for her neighbors.

She considers the group as her true friends, despite her cold and aloof manner. She’s mostly mean to other people rather than them. She’s the student council’s vice president and an executive of the school’s art club. She plans on going to art school one day. She’s the youngest sister to two older brothers and has a pet cat named [name_f]Florence[/name].
Logan [name_m]Edward[/name_m] [name_u]Madden[/name_u] (17) is one of [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]’s older brothers. He’s also popular, but purposefully runs in different crowds than his sister because he can’t stand how she rude can be. He enjoys playing lacrosse and wants to be a comedian one day. His dream is to be on SNL. He also works part time at an Old [name_u]Navy[/name_u].
[name_u]Ezra[/name] [name_m]Lachlan[/name] Madden (22) is the older brother of [name_u]Logan[/name] and [name_f]Ellie[/name]. He’s a professional model and can be seen on the runways at New York Fashion Week. He’s fairly stuck up but loves his little siblings all the same, even if [name_f]Ellie[/name] takes a little too much after him. He lives in a nice apartment in New York city with his boyfriend and their adopted tuxedo cat Bond. He has a bunch of close friends that are also all models.
Naomi Takahashi (21) is a fellow model and friend of [name_u]Ezra[/name_u]. She is very kind and quiet, and has very bad luck with romantic relationships. She lives with her two cats, [name_u]Yuki[/name_u] and [name_f]Momo[/name_f].

Blunt and straight to the point, she’s the total opposite of [name_f]Naomi[/name_f], but is always there to reassure her when a relationship doesn’t work out. When she isn’t modelling, cooing over Yuki and Momo or attending punk concerts, [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is volunteering at the local homeless shelter. [name_m]Born[/name_m] in Mississippi, she was disowned after coming out to her parents and lived rough for several months while travelling north, prompting [name_f]Rose[/name_f] to feel a strong desire to help others experiencing the same difficulties.
Sione Vaeao (22) is [name_f]Rose[/name_f]’s friend who also volunteers at the homeless shelter, as well as being [name_u]Ezra[/name_u]’s boyfriend. Having come first come to [name_u]New[/name_u] [name_m]York[/name_m] when he was nineteen while travelling, he returned a year later after being scouted and is now a professional. Sione’s kind hearted and dotes on both [name_u]Ezra[/name_u] and [name_m]Bond[/name_m], being an uplifting, sunny personality to have around. He enjoys rock climbing, calligraphy and windsurfing during his down time, although [name_f]Rose[/name_f] has managed to talk him into attending some concerts with her.
[name_f]Sophie[/name] Haneul Cho-Finnegan (21) is a mutual friend of [name_m]Sione[/name], [name_u]Ezra[/name], [name_f]Naomi[/name], and [name_f]Rose[/name]. She is half Korean and half white. She’s also a model and was scouted around the same time [name_m]Sione[/name] was. She was a premed student before she became a model, much to the bemusement to her parents. They were initially confused, but are happy with their daughter and her success. In her downtime, [name_f]Sophie[/name] enjoys painting, playing the guitar, and singing— so much so that sometimes she busks around the busy streets of New York.
Charlotte ‘[name_f]Lottie[/name_f]’ Eun-mi [name_f]Cho[/name_f]-[name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] (17) is [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]’s younger sister, who loves to visit her whenever possible. She’s attending high school and dreams of becoming a makeup artist, having developed a respectable following from posting her looks on Insta. With their parents accepting her sisters’ career, [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] has become more open about her own aspirations and they’ve been encouraging, which has taken a considerable weight off her shoulders. Aside from makeup, [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] enjoys upcycling clothing which she resells online, and gymnastics, being talented at beam.
Liberty ‘[name_f]Bette[/name_f]’ [name_f]Amber[/name_f] [name_m]Whitman[/name_m] (17) is [name_f]Lottie[/name_f]’s girlfriend. The two met through gymnastics class - as [name_f]Bette[/name_f] attends a different school - and began dating four months later. [name_f]Bette[/name_f]’s an aspiring journalist who works for her school paper and often lets her girlfriend practice makeup styles on her. She’s also a huge sci-fi fan and enjoys gaming in her downtime. [name_f]Bette[/name_f]’s also the proud owner of a spoiled house rabbit named Marshmallow and dotes on him.
[name_f]Justine[/name_f] “[name_u]Jess[/name_u]” [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] [name_m]Whitman[/name_m] (17) is [name_f]Bette[/name_f]’s twin sister. [name_u]Jess[/name_u] is a loner who doesn’t have many friends and has an unfortunate track record of getting into trouble at school. [name_u]Jess[/name_u] doesn’t have a clear path in life and is a little bitter that her sister knows exactly what she wants to do in life.
Madison ‘[name_f]Maddy[/name_f]’ [name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] Gillingham (17) is [name_u]Jess[/name_u]’s best friend, having known her since they were both five, although her demeanor is a total contrast. [name_f]Maddy[/name_f]’s shy and hates attention coming her way, even though she’s a talented bass player and is considering joining their mutual friend’s band. She’s been taught how to make candles by her dad and sells them online, also going for long walks with her [name_u]Golden[/name_u] Retriever [name_f]Honey[/name_f].
[name_f]Amber[/name] [name_u]Willow[/name] Sykes (18) is [name_u]Jess[/name]’ and [name_f]Maddy[/name]'s mutual friend and the lead singer of Ichorstruck, a cover band of alternative rock. She’s been writing her own songs and slowly realising that music is what she wants to pursue when she’s older, much to the chagrin of her academic parents. She’s the eldest child to three younger siblings, and her mother is worried that they’ll look up to their rebellious sister a little too much.
Other than music, [name_f]Amber[/name] is the vice president of the school’s literary magazine and writes in her spare time. She’s got a few close friends— her band (obviously) and the executives of the literary magazine.
