Uncensored Warning for deadly shipwreck.

[name_f]Luanne[/name_f] [name_u]Jamie[/name_u] Alcott-Harland (27) is Iseult’s cousin and Adaira’s aunt figure. [name_f]Luanne[/name_f] is a dancer and enjoys tap dancing for many years although her main career is a historian, having majored history in college. She has a friend who is also a tattoo artist of the shop. She’s also met Colin’s sister and is pen pals with her, with Colin’s sister seeing her like a big sister as well even though they’re cousins-in-law. [name_f]Luanne[/name_f] has a tattoo on her upper back under her neck that says, “Sister Survivor” which is related to a calamity when she was on a ferry while on a solo vacation that sunk and sadly killed all but two passengers, herself and other woman, whom they call each other “sister survivor” because they were the only two lucky enough to survive the wreckage. The two still communicate and the other woman has the same tattoo. The event has given [name_f]Luanne[/name_f] anxiety, which she’s been open about and she’s grateful for [name_f]Adaira[/name_f] who has been such a sweet little girl to her and enjoys babysitting and bonding with her.

Uncensored warning for mention of anxiety, panic attacks, survivor’s guilt, depression, and aforementioned deadly shipwreck

[name_f]Kikilia[/name_f] " [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] " [name_f]Anahera[/name_f] [name_u]Hale[/name_u] (29) is Luanne’s sister survivor. She hasn’t been on a boat in the five years since the shipwreck and doesn’t plan to anytime soon. [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] lives on the [name_u]South[/name_u] [name_u]Island[/name_u], so she and [name_f]Luanne[/name_f] aren’t able to meet often. They stay in contact through calls, texts, and video chats, though. [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] struggles with anxiety, just like [name_f]Luanne[/name_f]. It’s gotten better, and she stopped therapy a year ago. Her friends and family can tell the difference and are happy for her.

[name_f]Kiki[/name_f] had been in a relationship with her best friend turned boyfriend for six months when the shipwreck happened. She was a mess when she came home and suffered from panic attacks, intense survivor’s guilt, depression, and severe anxiety. In the first few months after coming home, she needed a lot of help. Not wanting to be a burden, she told him she wouldn’t hold it against him if he wanted to break up with her. Instead, he moved in to take care of her, and now they’ve been married for almost two years. She’s forever grateful that he didn’t break up with her and loves him dearly. [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] appreciates how much he did to help her and supports and helps him whenever he needs it.

Kiki’s dad comes from a Hawaiian family who emigrated to [name_u]New[/name_u] [name_u]Zealand[/name_u] when her dad was a teen. Her mom’s family is Māori, and [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] is very knowledgeable about both her cultures. She’s visited [name_u]Hawaii[/name_u] a few times and loves it there. [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] works at her parent’s restaurant and will be taking it over one day. She’s an only child but is very close to her husband’s younger brother and sister since they all grew up together. [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] is the same age as his sister and the two are great friends.

[name_m]Salvador[/name_m] “ [name_u]Dory[/name_u] “ [name_m]Rangi[/name_m] [name_u]Diaz[/name_u] (27) is the youngest sibling-in-law of [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] but people tend not to think he’s the youngest because of his beard; which he quite loves. He’s also half-Maori with a Maori father and second-generation Panamanian mother. [name_u]Dory[/name_u] madly respects Kiki’s courage and strength to survive the wreck she’s overcome and also respects [name_f]Luanne[/name_f] as well and communicates with her. [name_u]Dory[/name_u] not-so-secretly is falling for [name_f]Luanne[/name_f] and she’s falling for him too, making his siblings and [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] motivate one of them to just make a move, but both of them are hesitant to go to the other island and see each other in person, not out of travel expenses and distance but simply nervousness. But somehow it might be fate that they’re meant to be together: When [name_f]Luanne[/name_f] was 12, she wrote a message in a bottle but didn’t specifically dedicate it to anyone and just wrote the date of when she wrote the message, a few tidbits about herself, and some kind words, saying she hopes that the person reading this has a great life and a great future of luck. [name_u]Dory[/name_u] found the message 7 months later when it washed up on the [name_u]South[/name_u] [name_u]Island[/name_u] and is surprised now that he’s managed to reunite with her (even if it’s just virtually) despite the fact that she never wrote where she’s from.

[name_u]Dory[/name_u] enjoys snorkeling and is a fan of calm but beautiful waters. He has learned quite some Hawaiian culture from [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] and her paternal family. He’s happy his brother found [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] and has always been inspired by his resilience and kindness. He also admires how his sister acted like a sister for [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] as well and how similar the two women are. [name_u]Dory[/name_u] currently works at a rental shop by the beach for snorkel, surf, and swimming supplies. He gets a lot of comparison to [name_u]Dory[/name_u] from Finding [name_m]Nemo[/name_m] and although [name_u]Dory[/name_u] is female and he’s male, he loves the [name_u]Dory[/name_u] comparisons and finds them wholesome. He even has a tattoo on his right ankle that has the Finding [name_m]Nemo[/name_m] quote, “Just Keep Swimming” since the best way to get ahead in life is just to keep “swimming”.

[name_f]Estella[/name_f] " [name_f]Stelle[/name_f] " [name_f]Marama[/name_f] [name_u]Diaz[/name_u] (29) is Dory’s sister and Kiki’s in-law, being the middle child of the siblings. She’s also mother to a young daughter of her own, who was conceived through IVF and [name_f]Stelle[/name_f] is raising her as a single parent by choice; influenced by her coming to terms with her asexuality in her mid-20s. It was a tricky process for [name_f]Stelle[/name_f], who’d seen her brother find happiness with the friend she adores and several of her close friends also found their long term partners, but realising she wanted a family without needing a significant other helped her relax considerably; and unsurprisingly, her daughter’s her entire world. Taking the step was a little intimidating, as [name_f]Stelle[/name_f] didn’t want her brother and [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] feeling pressured to start their own family, but they were the first people to show support, and with this secured, she took subsequent steps to conceive her child. She would like to have another, but as [name_f]Stelle[/name_f] wants to adopt next time, she’s decided to wait until her daughter’s a little older thanks to the complexity of this process.

Working as a beautician - specialising in nail art and pampering of the hands and feet - [name_f]Stelle[/name_f] knows some people consider her career a little vapid, but wouldn’t change it for anything. It allows her to work from home while caring for her daughter, set hours that work for her, and she’s always the first choice when a relative or friend is getting hitched. [name_f]Stelle[/name_f] actually helped with Kiki’s wedding look - not the makeup, due to her style being much bolder than what most people want for a bridal look - and still offers to pamper her when she’s needing some TLC. The impact of the accident is something that caused all the [name_u]Diaz[/name_u] siblings a lot of distress due to [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] being to close to them, but Stelle’s grateful for Luanne’s presence in her life, as she admits she can’t fathom what happened to the same degree the other woman can. A particular pet peeve of Stelle’s is insincerity, which might explain why she can be a little brutal in her honesty.

For how wrapped up in motherhood, makeup artistry or water based sports she can seem - kayaking and rafting are especial favourites - Stelle’s by no means ignorant of how [name_u]Dory[/name_u] seems to be feeling about [name_f]Luanne[/name_f], and she’s been attempting to convince him to confess…or at the very least invite the young woman to visit them. She’s even offered to let [name_f]Luanne[/name_f] stay at her’s if it means seeing some happiness for her brother [who keeps trying to dodge Stelle’s questions when they come up]. Right now, her biggest obstacle is dealing with her daughter’s newfound obsession with getting a pet dog - one of Stelle’s best friends fosters them, as well as owning 3 of her own - but she’s unwilling to oust their tortoiseshell cat, [name_u]Shelly[/name_u], who she acquired through a friend of hers’ who works for animal services. Thanks to how nervous [name_u]Shelly[/name_u] can be around strange people, a dog’s unfortunately absolutely out of the question right now, but she has been considering a compromise by offering to get them another cat in the future [truthfully Stelle’s just more feline inclined].

[name_f]Camila[/name_f] [name_f]Kiri[/name_f] [name_u]Diaz[/name_u] (2) is Stelle’s daughter conceived via IVF. She is the niece of the [name_u]Diaz[/name_u] brothers. She loves tulips and likes to go to the local tulip garden and admire them. [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] also gets along with her aunt [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] as well and [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] loves her cuteness and charm. Hanging out with her aunt and uncle is always a great time for her. [name_u]Dory[/name_u] is also a great uncle to her too and always brings her seashells, which is what she loves. [name_f]Camila[/name_f] and [name_u]Shelly[/name_u] have been closer now and [name_f]Camila[/name_f] is also close with the daughter of Stelle’s friend. [name_f]Camila[/name_f] likes to be the “big girl” which makes the family laugh but they all know the reason why she keeps saying she’s the “big girl” is really because she just got potty trained. Calling herself the “big girl” is less awkward than saying “I use the toilet” which she said the first time around adults and they mumbled, “Uh yes we all do,” which made [name_f]Stelle[/name_f] awkwardly embarrassed. As the “big girl”, [name_f]Camila[/name_f] says she hates to sleep but when she sleeps, she peacefully sleeps like a log, but won’t admit she enjoys it.

[name_u]Esme[/name_u] [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] [name_u]Lee[/name_u] (23) is a staff member at Camila’s daycare- they’re absolutely enthralled with the little girl, who’s hilarious, and they always have tons of positive reports for [name_f]Stelle[/name_f]. [name_u]Esme[/name_u] is only a teacher’s assistant because they’re still studying early childhood education, in Christchurch. [name_u]Esme[/name_u] enjoys school and while commuting from school to part time work has taken a bit of a toll on their mental health and life in general, [name_u]Esme[/name_u] is still very happy with what they are doing and hope they can make an ifluence on a young person’s life someday- their goal is to become a kindergarten teacher and have a job a bit closer to her apartment in Christchurch, where they live with their girlfriend. [name_u]Esme[/name_u] has been dating their girlfriend for almost a year now, and they’re planning something special for their anniversary- a trip to [name_u]Paris[/name_u]! [name_u]Esme[/name_u] knows it’s way out of their budget but they’re doing all they can to scrape up the money and surprise their girlfriend, and they’ve already booked the tickets. [name_m]Little[/name_m] does [name_u]Esme[/name_u] know, their girlfriend is fully aware of the plan (Esme means well but is awful at hiding things), and is super excited for [name_u]Paris[/name_u]!

[name_u]Esme[/name_u] has very accepting parents- [name_u]Esme[/name_u] is the oldest of three siblings in a very liberal, open household who’s comfortable with whatever way their children want to present themselves. When [name_u]Esme[/name_u] came out as non-binary at the age of 12, their family was happy for them and even baked them a cake! Their sister is a very good baker, so she made sure everything turned out fine. [name_u]Esme[/name_u] also grew up with a bunch of cats, causing them to be obsessed with cats- they have one now with their girlfriend, a white kitten named Soybean.

Her BFF is the younger sister of Esme’s girlfriend. [name_u]London[/name_u] likes being the youngest for the most part but sometimes wishes she had a younger sibling. She used to tag along with [name_u]Esme[/name_u] at the daycare when their parents are at work but stopped doing so after realising she’s not an employee there and is too young to work. She was upset at first but she’s gotten over it but feels determined for the time she will be old enough, even though it’s ways away. London’s favourite place outside the house is at her best friend’s house and she and her best friend are closer than ever. [name_u]Esme[/name_u] hopes [name_u]London[/name_u] and her BFF truly stay best friends forever because they love their girlfriend and enjoy that she has a younger sister that [name_u]London[/name_u] is so close with. [name_u]London[/name_u] doesn’t like technology so she’s not in social media, but her parents decorated her room inspired by Pinterest and Instagram and she couldn’t love it more. [name_u]London[/name_u] does however enjoy board games and is the second-best in the family, just barely beat out by the middle child.

[name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_m]Ivy[/name_m] [name_u]Lee[/name_u] (19) is the middle [name_u]Lee[/name_u] sibling and generally the quietest, although she jokes about the fact with how outspoken [name_u]London[/name_u] is and [name_u]Esme[/name_u] being comfortable working with children, this isn’t exactly a shock to the three’s parents. Thanks to how this comes hand-in-hand with level-headedness, Margot’s the one who mediates if [name_u]London[/name_u] feels frustrated her older siblings are getting more autonomy than her, having the patience to explain things, and also wanting to spare [name_u]Esme[/name_u] given their work environment can understandably get a little stressful (and now they’re planning their romantic trip as well).

It was their granny who got [name_f]Margot[/name_f] into baking - as she and [name_u]Esme[/name_u] spent a lot of their childhood’s with her if their parents were both working - and it was a huge relief when she accepted [name_u]Esme[/name_u] following their coming out; as there were understandable fears she wouldn’t understand or respect their identity. She still frequently goes round - typically on her moped, which was gift for her 18th birthday - and they spend time creating delicious treats together. Margot’s gotten particularly good at vegan baking, partly inspired as she has minor lactose intolerance, and only has non-dairy alternatives in her day-to-day life.

Thanks to her nature, Margot’s undeniably the best at hiding things, which is why [name_u]Esme[/name_u] does their best to keep an eye on her. She’s terrible for keeping things from her loved ones if she thinks she’s somehow protecting them, such as when she was terrified about failing her exams, and it took her older sibling to convince her to speak to their parents about her fears. Given her diligence, [name_f]Margot[/name_f] didn’t fail her exams and currently is studying [name_f]English[/name_f] Language at university, with plans on becoming a speech therapist or writing analyst for criminology. Baking is purely something she does to relax and turning it professional is absolutely out the question for [name_f]Margot[/name_f] - unless it’s a fundraiser.

[name_f]Chantal[/name_f] currently works for a nursing home for senior citizens although her own parents are still able-bodied enough to live at their own house. She’s proudly liberal, being raised by liberal parents herself: her father a musician and basically a big old hippie and her mother who enjoys baking, especially cakes and will welcome gay couples with open arms and make them the best rainbow cakes. She’s always made it clear that it’s okay to be who you are and embrace yourself. She’s always excited to see what’s in her children’s’ lives and loves the family of Esme’s girlfriend and London’s best friend. She’s proud [name_f]Margot[/name_f] is in university and said she wouldn’t think less of [name_f]Margot[/name_f] if she didn’t pass, but is proud she stuck it out and made it. It’s also great that her children are close with their grandparents and her parents and wants them to continue to enjoy that bond. Something she’s kept secret but is planning to tell - but isn’t sure about own level of how good she is at hiding things - is that she’s pregnant with a 4th child. Her husband knows and her parents are catching on and despite it being unplanned, she and her husband want to keep the child. Chantal‘s parents know from personal experience how exciting and life changing a surprise baby is, given that they had one of their own over 10 years after [name_f]Chantal[/name_f] was born.

[name_f]Honoka[/name_f] " [name_f]Honey[/name_f] " Watanabe (22) is Esme’s girlfriend who’s subsequently been introduced to the [name_u]Lee[/name_u] family, and in turn they’re now close with her own. Like her partner, Honey’s the firstborn, but only has one younger sibling - a brother - who she affectionately calls her ‘favourite nuisance’ as he’s frequently trying her patience by asking to hold band practice at her house, to avoid the wrath of their mom [who works long hours as a hypnotherapist and wants some well-deserved peace and quiet once she’s finished seeing clients for the day]. Currently, Honey’s in the process of finishing her degree in business management, having intentions to become involved in the ethical makeup industry, as at one point she wanted to become an artist; however found the idea of having to set up a platform, handle collaborations and become involved in the influencer world way too intimidating, so operating behind the scenes to ensure others are using products without cruelty felt much more of her thing. She always praises [name_u]Esme[/name_u] for their work with children, as Honey’s very introverted, and all her part-time jobs have been centred away from dealing face-to-face with people.

After spending a few years in Bournemouth, while her dad was working a placement for international customs, [name_f]Honey[/name_f] came to [name_u]New[/name_u] [name_u]Zealand[/name_u], and while she’s loved both countries, it saddens her she doesn’t have stronger memories of living in [name_u]Kyoto[/name_u], where the family were based until she was 4. Whenever they visit Japan now, it tends to be the town of Otofuke where they spend time, as it’s the home of her paternal granddad - the only one of Honey’s grandparents who’s still alive. To thank her partner for arranging the upcoming trip to [name_u]Paris[/name_u], Honey’s decided she’d like to take [name_u]Esme[/name_u] to [name_u]Kyoto[/name_u] in return; having always intended on returning, but she wants to share the moment with someone who means a great deal to her, and they’re the only candidate for this offer. She’s decided against asking until they’re in the midst of their holiday though, to avoid seeming ungrateful or like she’s undermining what Esme’s done, as [name_f]Honey[/name_f] can only describe the gesture as ‘magical’ in the scheme of their relationship [helped by the fact she’s admittedly a huge romantic at heart].

[name_u]Esme[/name_u] and [name_f]Honey[/name_f] actually met through the formers job funnily enough. Two of Honey’s close friends had a child at 19 together - who’s approaching his 4th birthday - and she accompanied one of them to pick him up from the nursery where [name_u]Esme[/name_u] works, immediately appreciating how warm and approachable they were not just to the kids, but basically anyone around them. Some people have looked down on Honey’s friends for their decisions - oddly enough the fact they’ve stayed together gets a lot of side eyes; namely from the belief they’re just forcing a relationship for their son and not because they’re mature enough to successfully be happy as a couple - so while she’s usually a very pacifist in how she approaches everything, she’s managed to perfect quite the cold glare whenever someone opts to run their mouth about people she cares for and supports as much as she can.

[name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] [name_m]Isidore[/name_m] Nikolaou ‘Mags’ {23} is a close friend of [name_f]Honey[/name_f] and [name_u]Esme[/name_u] and mother to a soon to be 4 year old. She and her unofficial fiancé (they haven’t had a proposal yet, but have talked about marriage enough to know that it’s coming soon) like to tease them both about how they brought them together and how they own their relationship to them, all in good fun of course.

As she and her long-term partner had a baby in their junior year of college they have both become very good at multitasking and juggling their responsibilities, which eventually lead to [name_f]Mags[/name_f] switching her major from computer science to social work as she wants to help other people who may struggle with that balancing of life tasks. Her partner on the other hand chose to take time off from school to stay home with the baby while [name_f]Mags[/name_f] finished her degree, when their son was 2 and they discovered the wonderful daycare run by [name_f]Camila[/name_f] and staffed by many including [name_u]Esme[/name_u], he went back to school and later finished his degree as well.

After graduating she was able to find work as an actual social worker, while the days are long she finds the work she does very rewarding and makes the time with her family feel even more special as there is sometimes less of it.

Recently, things have been a little more stressful in her and her family’s life as [name_f]Mags[/name_f] mother has reached back out to them for the first time in years. She cut all ties with them when [name_f]Mags[/name_f] informed her of her decision to keep their baby, now she’s expressing regret at her actions as she had been recently diagnosed with a terminal illness and wants to make amends before it’s too late. [name_f]Mags[/name_f] partner is encouraging her to at least hear her out, but she isn’t so sure, though it would be nice for their son to meet his grandmother before she’s gone.

[name_u]Taran[/name_u] [name_m]Ioannis[/name_m] Fallbrech (4) is Mags’s’ son with her unofficial fiancé and the apple of his parents eyes. In spite of the difficult circumstances his mother faced upon falling pregnant, Taran’s been protected from the external stress and discord, as his mum and dad were worried he’d internalise some sort of guilt or self-blame. He’s already proven to be a sensitive, thoughtful child, who absolutely adores animals and is insistent about wanting to work with them, considering his favourite stuffed toy [name_m]Ajax[/name_m] (pictured) his assistant in all the animal rescue games he plays with friends. Unlike his friends and their dreams, [name_u]Taran[/name_u] hasn’t announced exactly how he wants to be involved in animal care: he’s heard a lot of options and wants to figure out more.

Culture is important in the Fallbrech-Nikolaou household, and Taran’s already been introduced to his Greek routes on his mum’s side, and his [name_m]German[/name_m] on his dad’s. This is mainly in the form of cooking, which he loves doing, and it’s his dad who mostly does this given he has more time at home. To help [name_u]Taran[/name_u] become more enthused about learning other languages, his dad started jokingly treating his [name_m]German[/name_m] tutorage as spy training, and this has greatly increased the little boys’ enthusiasm. Greek mythology is also something [name_u]Taran[/name_u] loves - constantly wanting to find new stories (in child appropriate form) that he’ll retell to his friends - and his parents love to joke it won’t shock them if he names a child of his own after a fantastical deity or hero when he grows up.

Warning for disappearance and suspected kidnapping. Possibly deceased?

Dana Mariana [Pierce] Sanchez (45) is Brook and Kirsty’s mother, who always had a hunch about her daughters’ learning disabilities when they were very young, just starting school. When months progressed after that, they got a diagnosis and Dana did everything she could as a mother and supporter to help her daughters. She knows they’re not “stupid” and she always accommodates them. Dana herself works as an elementary school principal and she’s happy Brook wants to follow in her footsteps but loves her daughters equally and knows Kristy will have a great career in her future as well. The school Dana works at is very high-security with cameras outside the school and the crossing guards have doubled as guards. It sounds strict, but it’s for the greater good considering what happened to her cousin Erica Pierce, biological mother of her first cousin once removed, Ava. Erica, who lives in the USA, went missing 13 years ago. She disappeared one afternoon after never showing up to pick up her then-6-year-old daughter Ava. She’s been suspected to be kidnapped and is possibly deceased but there has been no confirmation and the case is cold. Ava has been adopted and is safe, but still has no answers for her biological mother, and it’s still mentioned a lot by true crime enthusiasts. Dana admits she worries for Marta after the catfishing scheme given her naivety but is grateful it didn’t take a dangerous turn. Despite Marta’s naivety, Dana believes she’s a wonderful girl for Kristy.

When playdates were arranged, [name_u]Paris[/name_u] usually found herself caught between the twins disagreements and always removed herself opposed to taking a side, even if it meant hanging out with her older brother and his friends, who were preoccupied with things of no interest to her [physical activity is something [name_u]Paris[/name_u] asserts she’s allergic to, so of course her brother’s a track star who also loved climbing trees when they were young]. She now has a solid friendship with both [name_u]Brook[/name_u] and [name_f]Kristy[/name_f], supporting them with vigour whenever someone diminishes or demeans them, but at the same time [name_u]Paris[/name_u] doesn’t overstep any boundaries as she’d hate to seem patronising of her friends - and no, she doesn’t have a favourite twin, no matter how many times she’s asked.

Given the closeness of her mom to [name_u]Dana[/name_u], [name_u]Paris[/name_u] grew up aware of Erica’s disappearance, and sometimes wonders if it sparked her eventual interest in the path she’s now on. She doesn’t ask her godmother questions about the subject matter or ponder articles for long periods of time, but the fact there’s still no real closure for [name_f]Ava[/name_f] especially is something that bothers [name_u]Paris[/name_u] a great deal. Throughout her childhood, she’d worry about her dad - a firefighter - not coming back from his shifts, and so the idea of never seeing your parent again [then the probability of them being murdered coming up] is something that bothers her especially. She’s an unsurprisingly dedicated student to her course already - not really being a party animal unless she’s in the right mood for letting loose - and usually it’s best to leave her be with her books, as getting a conversation out of [name_u]Paris[/name_u] when she enters her ‘processing zone’ is an incredibly difficult feat [usually only accomplished by her mum]. Although it isn’t mentioned much, Paris’s’ name does have a deeper meaning: she was conceived in the city she was named for, when her parents decided to go on an impromptu anniversary trip, and the sentimentality of this does break through her usually laidback exterior.

Outside of her plans for the future, [name_u]Paris[/name_u] is an avid reader of sci-fi and horror, as well as a fairly accomplished cellist; although music isn’t something she ever considered on a professional level, and remains firm in this belief. She has joined her uni’s orchestra though, and one of her fellow string instrument players is insisting their lead pianist has a bit of a crush on [name_u]Paris[/name_u], but she’s not really entertaining this. Having fancied a guy throughout high school who turned her down in favour of her polar opposite, [name_u]Paris[/name_u] can be fairly pessimistic about romantic endeavours, and as of now is firm in not indulging such a botion. One of her oldest friends is her confident in these matters - and insists [name_u]Paris[/name_u] should go for it, as she’s been with her boyfriend since they were just 15 and the couple are going strong - but she isn’t quite feeling comfortable enough yet to do anything.

tw: car accident mention, death

[name_f]Augusta[/name_f] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] [name_u]Sinclair[/name_u] [19] is a friend of [name_u]Paris[/name_u] who goes to the same university as her. The two have been practically inseparable since junior high where they met in their school’s orchestra. They bonded over both having names that they shared with a city, sci-fi and horror movies, and their love of music since [name_f]Augusta[/name_f] plays the violin. They’ve been best friends for nearly ten years and planned to go to the same college since they were freshman in high school. Nobody thought they would ever really go through with it, but they made it happen.

She is also the one who is urging her to follow through on the crush that their pianist has on her. She’s definitely a hopeless romantic, informed by her adolescent romantic life.

In her sophomore year of high school she began dating a classmate. They were each other’s first loves and were very close, though not as close as [name_f]Augusta[/name_f] and [name_u]Paris[/name_u] of course. They continued dating for the next few years, they were each other’s firsts in other activities too. Both of them thought they would be together forever.

Their last summer before senior year he was killed in a car accident due to a former mutual friend of [name_u]Paris[/name_u], and [name_f]Augusta[/name_f] and her boyfriend who was driving and speeding, they survived practically unscathed. Though Augusta’s boyfriend was rushed to the hospital he died en route and was declared dead on arrival.

She was devastated, and furious at their friend for still being alive. They had attended the funeral and [name_f]Augusta[/name_f] practically attacked him. She had to be pulled off him by her father and her twin brother who also has two middle names like she does.

Unbeknownst to her that friend harbors a lot of guilt over what happened and desperately wants to figure out how to properly apologize for what they’ve done, but is unsure if it can be accomplished.

i accidentally blended the orchestra friend with the oldest friend in my head after i read your post and didn’t realize until after i wrote this whole thing out, my bad!
