[name_f]Pepita[/name_f] [name_f]Esperanza[/name_f] “Pepa” [name_u]Garcia[/name_u] (6) is Ysidora and [name_u]Carmen[/name_u] Garcia’s younger sister. She’s very fun-loving and upbeat, but she often gets a bad rap as her undiagnosed ADHD causes her to not think things through very often. A kind-of friend of [name_u]Waverly[/name_u] and [name_f]Junie[/name_f], Pepa’s very fun to spend time with and she’s very sweet at heart but all the teachers misinterpret her behavior as rude- well, except the counselor, Miss [name_f]Cinnamon[/name_f]. Her name isn’t actually [name_f]Cinnamon[/name_f], but that’s a nickname gifted to her by [name_u]Pepa[/name_u], who thinks the counselor smells like cinnamon. Pepa’s parents try to offer her the best life possible, and appreciate her talents and unique quirks, but sometimes the meetings with the teachers will make her mother cry. Luckily Miss [name_f]Cinnamon[/name_f] is acquainted with the Garcias and tries to stand up for [name_u]Pepa[/name_u]. There’s a kid in the class, Pepa’s good friend, who tries to stand up for her- sometimes as a result of being different bullies will pick on her, and this friend goes ballistic on them if they even try to touch [name_u]Pepa[/name_u]. [name_u]Waverly[/name_u] and [name_f]Junie[/name_f] don’t love [name_u]Pepa[/name_u] but they get along well and the three regularly have play dates. When [name_u]Pepa[/name_u] befriended [name_u]Waverly[/name_u] and [name_f]Junie[/name_f], Ysidora was ecstatic- as she wants her sister to have more than one close friend. [name_u]Pepa[/name_u] loves it when Bella’s sister babysits her and considers her another sister.
