They both share a love of the outdoors and the green grass in their backyard that they spend hours playing in. Though little [name_f]Marilyn[/name_f] is a little more reserved compared to her sister, usually sticking close to her parent or her mom when in unfamiliar situations when [name_f]Gloria[/name_f] is ready to take on whatever comes her way, sometimes to the detriment of the girls parents since they’re a little worried that she may get herself into trouble. When she was two she wandered off at the grocery store and nearly gave [name_f]Lil[/name_f] and her spouse a heart attack! Thankfully she was found and has learned a little more about being close to her family when in public.

The girls are both pretty excited to become big sisters. One of their friends at nursery school has a baby sibling, though their family is a little different than the Faulkis. Their friend’s new little sibling was welcomed via a surrogate so now [name_f]Marilyn[/name_f] and [name_f]Gloria[/name_f] are a little confused about how babies come to be with their families. Right now they think that the baby [name_f]Lil[/name_f] is carrying will be given to another family, and someone else is carrying their own baby sibling who will come to live with them later on. [name_f]Lil[/name_f] and her spouse are working on setting the girls straight right now, thankfully they still have plenty of time before the new baby gets here to correct their silly misconception.

[name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Petal[/name_f] [name_m]Keating[/name_m] (18) is a frequent babysitter of the twins and friend of [name_f]Lil[/name_f]. They are also a neighbor who lives down the street. [name_f]Caroline[/name_f], who uses they/then pronouns, is really happy about getting to babysit for the kids. They’re a sophomore in high school and plan to go on to college and study biology. This may have been influenced by their hippie parents, who have a penchant for nature- hence Caroline’s very outlandish middle name [name_f]Petal[/name_f], compared to their more traditional first name. [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] was named after their paternal grandmother, who is long dead now but was a wonderful woman.

[name_f]Caroline[/name_f] isn’t currently dating anyone and doesn’t plan to- they hope they do find someone, though they’re still questioning their sexuality and often fall somewhere in between labels, not really knowing what to call themself. [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] is happy though nonetheless- they have two awesome parents and great siblings and cousins who are all so supportive of them and are always cheering them on. [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] is so excited to study biology!! Apart from bio, [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] also likes to draw, paint and go on walks.

Does he have a life outside his comedy? He would say yes. Everyone has a life outside of their jokes, or at least everyone who isn’t a joke themselves. Does he and Lil’s father have a life outside being a deadbeat? His firm answer: “No.” He finds it painfully obvious that his father is wrong about how he is when he randomly shows up and acts like he’s no deadbeat before disappearing again. [name_m]Zack[/name_m] scoffs, “He’ll never listen and the ignorance - practically stupidity - is highly annoying. It’s like a kid being asked what 1 + 1 is, literally being told it’s 2, but answering with -10,000.” [name_m]Zack[/name_m] enjoys being a neighbour to his sister and her children and he’s also supportive of Caroline’s family, even the youngest sibling who repeatedly sings this song, “Poptuplets”. He told [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] the song gives [name_m]Vincent[/name_m] [name_u]Van[/name_u] Gogh vibes. “Because it’s an art form?” “No, because it makes me want to cut off my ear.” The tune is unoriginal, being the same tune as ABC song/Twinkle Twinkle [name_m]Little[/name_m] [name_f]Star[/name_f], but worse because it repeats as a neverending song.

The song is horrible and the lyrics aren’t good either (Octuplet babies!? Octuplet babies who are already pop stars?! Seriously?!) and [name_m]Zack[/name_m] asked [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] if their sibling made it up. [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] answered, “No actually this chick [name_f]Liana[/name_f] [name_m]Ramirez[/name_m] sang it on TV.” They both eyerolled but don’t question it. [name_m]Zack[/name_m] himself has no children and had no desire to have any at the moment but he’s far from child-free and he enjoys children. but naturally cringes when people ask him “when” he will be a father, as if this is something that will definitely happen, and will happen very soon. He has no plans for children or marriage and enjoys being single, feeling like he gets more comedic inspiration from being “forever alone”. There was a woman he fell for however who was somewhat close to him. Close enough that they felt good about seeing one another but not so close that they’re obviously a friendship. This woman was [name_u]Cass[/name_u] Maidstone, also a mother of a daughter, from a pregnancy she had at 18. [name_m]Zack[/name_m] is not the father, he barely knew [name_u]Cass[/name_u] well at the time, and the real father abandoned [name_u]Cass[/name_u] before her daughter was even born. [name_m]Zack[/name_m] had bonded with [name_u]Cass[/name_u] more and hadn’t met her daughter, but can tell just how great of a mother [name_u]Cass[/name_u] was by her nature. He could feel himself really falling for her and attended a few events she was at. But he also enjoyed the casual side of her and one time he decided to go join her on a hike. [name_u]Cass[/name_u] also seemed to warm up to [name_m]Zack[/name_m].

One day, hours before a comedy show, [name_m]Zack[/name_m] felt like he couldn’t stop thinking about [name_u]Cass[/name_u]. He decided he really liked her but didn’t want to ask her during a performance, believing this would be awkward and not go well. He knew a fellow comedian who learned the hard way in an even worse circumstance - marriage proposal! He proposed to her and it looked like a cute acceptance, but truth is, she only accepted to spare embarrassment for both of them. In fact, she actually quietly said “No” first but everyone in the audience was so hyped up watching the proposal that she loudly said “Yes”. [name_m]Zack[/name_m] feels awkward thinking about that but as a comedian, he couldn’t help but join the roasts. But this was not about asking [name_u]Cass[/name_u] to marry him on stage. This was just simply working the nerve to ask her out, something [name_m]Zack[/name_m] wasn’t used to giving his low dating history. He remembers a time he asked a woman he liked before but got rejected because she thought he was asking sarcastically. [name_m]Zack[/name_m] is so nervous and spends the day questioning how to tell her. Eventually he finally works up the nerve an hour before his comedy show. He tells [name_u]Cass[/name_u] how much she’s truly appreciated and asks [name_u]Cass[/name_u] if she would like to go out sometime. However, [name_u]Cass[/name_u] responds that truthfully, she likes her alone time and feels she’s stronger dealing with what she’s going through by focusing on herself and her daughter, not a relationship. She apologises but rejects him. [name_m]Zack[/name_m] understands and takes it well but hides his utter disappointment - [name_u]Cass[/name_u] was the only time he truly fell for someone. But he has to move on from this, and soon, because he had a comedy show to go to in the next hour.

He sounded rather awkward starting his segment of the comedy show but managed to get livelier and finish on a good note. Given his style of comedy, it worked out for him. He’ll never do important risks like that again before a show but he’s glad this one didn’t screw him up as much as he thought it would. He’s questioned himself about dating and thought, “Obviously she’s going to reject me, what was I thinking? I always said I’m forever alone, I can’t be sad I’m rejected, because this is what I practically wished for anyway. I said last year to the [name_m]Keating[/name_m] family that I didn’t need anything for [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] and didn’t complain when I got nothing. If I had a problem with that and complained that I should “get something anyway when I said I didn’t want it”, I would have gotten a music single of ‘Poptuplets’ for Christmas.” [name_m]Zack[/name_m] was trying his best to move on quickly from [name_u]Cass[/name_u], after all he completely agreed with her stance, even if it broke his heart. Something changed with his perception of Cass’s ex, while [name_m]Zack[/name_m] knew Cass’s ex was already a bad person. He was learning a few things from [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] that he didn’t know after a conversation with [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]. “You’re Lil’s brother, aren’t you Zack?” [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] asked him, with him responding yes. She continued, “And you’re also Cass’s ex?” He responded, “Uh no, I’m not that creepy freak that ran away on her. I was just a guy who liked her years after. But don’t tell her because I already did and got rejected. So I’m not an ex at all, just a silly sucker who didn’t have the chance to uh, begin with. Yes, exactly that, Ex-Zack-tly. Wait never mind, I…” [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] cuts off, “I know you’re nervous but hey, I also know you’re not the ex of [name_u]Cass[/name_u] who impregnated her. And the reason I know that is because…not only have I met Cass’s ex, but he is the father of my daughter [name_f]Mags[/name_f], too.” [name_m]Zack[/name_m] was shocked. This man got two women pregnant and ran off twice? The next time [name_m]Zack[/name_m] talked to [name_f]Lil[/name_f], she looked concerned. They didn’t necessarily want to stalk this man or send him hate, but they couldn’t help but wonder what he was doing or where he was. After searching his name, they found articles by the police that this man had been missing - but just recently. He had a criminal record and it was believed he just ran off from being wanted, although he may have simply disappeared without intentionally doing so. It’s a very low chance he was kidnapped or murdered, but cannot legally be ruled out since there’s not enough evidence. [name_f]Lil[/name_f] has heard of deadbeats running off from children before but never one who did it twice and then disappeared for real. [name_m]Zack[/name_m] truly was disturbed too and didn’t want anyone to get the wrong idea that he “only wanted to find Cass’s ex to try and get [name_u]Cass[/name_u] to like him”. His love life meant nothing anymore and instead answers on this deadbeat’s missing status was a huge thought, especially since he owes child support. As much as he hated this ex of [name_u]Cass[/name_u] and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f], he wanted answers on where this man was. [name_f]Lil[/name_f] knew [name_m]Zack[/name_m] had a rare determination streak that often goes unnoticed, but when he had it, it was strong as iron. Both of them feel this way about the eldest [name_m]Keating[/name_m] sibling too, who is actually the opposite in personality being a chill optimist, but also has a strong determination on the matter.

Rosemary Wanda Litchfield, nee Summers (62) is the evil mastermind behind ‘Poptuplets’ phenomenon to torment so many innocent parents. She’s not a media mogul or network bigwig but actually the grandmother of the little girls mentioned in the infamous earworm, although, in a twist that would shock dozens of innocent viewers, there are in fact no real ‘Poptuplets’. While her daughter did give birth to twin girls’, that’s six children to short for octuplets, however Rosemary is never a woman to be held back by such trivial details like the truth.

Having put her daughter through pageants vigorously, and still taking a lot of pride in the trophy’s she won, Rosemary absolutely knows how to find something that will sell, which led to her penning the horrible song. It wasn’t about making anything educational, entertaining or even bearable to be performed by a young artist, what she knew was necessary was an inescapably catchy tune, and by golly, she’s managed to create the worst version of this imaginable.

At this point, the Poptuplets themselves are obsolete, as Rosemary doubts she can keep up her rouse, even if she manages to find 6 other children to pretend they’re also her grandkids. When she isn’t admiring her revenue from this tune, Rosemary’s trying to pressure her daughter into reentering the pageant world with the twins, believing they have a real chance at reigniting the glory era she established as a young mother. It’s either that or she wants them to be morphed into modern day Olsen Twins, having definitively not learned her lesson from the strained relationship she has with her children, who don’t approve of her using ways.

He is quite obnoxious but he does praise his family a lot, to the point it’s embarrassing and arrogant. He too wished the octuplets were real for the sake of making them super famous. He loves the twins but he doesn’t understand why his daughter doesn’t shove them in the spotlight. “The twins are adorable! Why have adorable little children if you’re not going to make use of that?!” he claims. He’s very close with his sister, who is more of the “soccer mom” type but she supports his passion for pageantry.

[name_u]Sidney[/name_u] was born in Muncie, [name_u]Indiana[/name_u] but he and his family moved to [name_u]California[/name_u] in his teenage years. He didn’t like the change until adulthood where he became a music producer. He never produced any real hits until Poptuplets and was the type to believe catchiness sells. [name_m]Even[/name_m] if it’s terrible, more people will talk about it. But of course he knew that even the worst of entertainment eventually dies down and people will forget it. That’s why he beamed in happiness when [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] came up with the idea to make it repetitive. That way it never truly ends. [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] also had a bright idea to market it to kids, especially young kids who will like the song while everyone else is annoyed by it.

He currently lives with just [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] given the rest of the family has grown. [name_u]Sidney[/name_u] and [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] are a very close couple despite their outward pettiness. People say that someone who is “nice to you but rude to servers/retail workers is not a nice person”. Well [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] and [name_u]Sidney[/name_u] threw that advice out the window, and not because they’re “nice people”. [name_u]Sidney[/name_u] likes living with just her now and feels content with the others living lives free and away. However [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] really wants the twins to gain their claim to fame and [name_u]Sidney[/name_u] sits back to promote this.

[name_u]Fern[/name_u] [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] & [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] McNamara (18 months) are the twins who inspired the hell anthem and future pageant darlings in the eyes of their grandparents. Named for their birth stone - the emerald - there was actually a disagreement between their dad and his in-laws, who not only insisted one of the girls was called ‘Emerald’ (which he and his wife wanted to avoid so there wasn’t any rivalry), but wanted them to move closer to the couple so they could begin pageantry prep. This thankfully was avoided.

Being so young, the girls are protected from the ridiculous shenanigans erupting around them, however their dad’s been a lot more vocal about his dislike of their grandparents. He’s seen how they constantly attempt to push his wife into things she’s uncomfortable about, and they incessantly ignore the parents boundaries, such as trying to set the twins up a social media account for their 1st birthday. [name_u]Sidney[/name_u] actually suggested this in place of a present…something that was shut down. Thankfully, the McNamara’s are likewise not impressed by all these fame chasing antics.

[name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] [name_u]Reed[/name_u] McNamara (29) is [name_u]Fern[/name_u] and Ivy’s father and the husband of the girls’ mother. He’s over the Litchfield shenanigans and tries to give them as little control over the twins’ lives as possible. The twins aren’t really aware of the “torture song” Poptuplets and [name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] is grateful for this because clearly he’s had enough. The only person in his family who listens to the song is his younger sister, who is a troll to some degree, but even she agrees it’s terrible. Tyrone’s family is very responsible and are above the Litchfield ideas of “family” and [name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] avoids them as much as he can.

It doesn’t help when they first entered Tyrone’s life when he was still engaged to his then-fiancée. He had adopted two rabbits to prove a sense of responsibility to them but immediately, they wanted to name the rabbits themselves. [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] and [name_u]Sidney[/name_u] insisted that the grey rabbit be named “Tayleesa” which [name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] insisted is not her real name. They started shouting suggestions to name the other black rabbit a plethora of embarrassing name choices. [name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] yelled in rage, “Ah! Stop! Shut Up!” Unfortunately for him, his troll sister approved both names and gave [name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] a cage that said “Tayleesa and [name_m]Ah[/name_m] Stop Shut Up’s Cage”. It was also an awkward moment because it was the first time [name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] was rude in front of the Litchfields. At first they hated him for telling them to “shut up” but then they got closer with him in an attempt to “change him”. He knew their ideas of changing him were way farfetched and that simply being polite should be good enough. They also talked about how delighted their daughter and Tyrone’s children will be and how excited they will be when the two have a “truckload of babies”. [name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] hated how far ahead they were thinking because at that time, the twins weren’t born yet, and the couple wasn’t married. But he did want children and the Litchfield in-laws were well aware.

[name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] is currently married to his wife and adores his daughters. He has always been close with his side of the family even his troll sister, who he’s laughed at whenever she trolls the Litchfields. His wife is an awesome person and he’s grateful for the patience she has. His own parents are cool people and they’ve always got his back. [name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] currently works in computer science and loves his job. Sometimes the Litchfields ask if he’s using his expertise in computers to help the family become “viral internet stars” but [name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] is clear this isn’t his line of career and isn’t the family’s path in life.

Felicette [name_f]Noémie[/name_f] Blanchet-Flatts [28] and [name_m]Kent[/name_m] [name_m]Teodore[/name_m] Flatts [29] are two acquaintances of [name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] and his wife. Felicette and Mrs. McNamara met during a pregnancy class when she was pregnant with the twins and Felicette was pregnant with her and Kent’s first child. The two women were pretty close, they were due within days of one another and often bonded over this. Until when she was seven months pregnant Felicette realized that she hadn’t felt their child move the entire day. She called her OB but she chided Felicette for being a ‘paranoid first time mom’ and insisted that the baby was just ‘running out of room’ in the later stages of her pregnancy and she should just wait for her next prenatal appointment that was approaching in a few days. So she convinced herself things were fine and moved on.

At the appointment, [name_m]Kent[/name_m] and Felicette were heartbroken and devastated to learn that their baby no longer had a heartbeat. They were then transferred to the hospital where Felicette delivered their sleeping angel, a daughter. They spent as much time cuddling and enjoying the limited time they had with her. During her pregnancy [name_m]Kent[/name_m] and Felicette often argued about baby names, never being able to come to an agreement, but when they looked at their baby girl they knew her name was Solène [name_f]Thea[/name_f] Flatts, named for both Felicette’s [name_u]French[/name_u] heritage and Kent’s grandmother.

Leaving the hospital without their baby was the hardest thing either of them had had to do. To cope [name_m]Kent[/name_m] threw himself into his job as a carpenter and Felicette holed herself up in the home. She grew to hate the McNamaras, watching them over social media as Mrs. McNamara’s pregnancy surpassed hers and eventually delivered [name_u]Fern[/name_u] and [name_u]Ivy[/name_u]. She withdrew from their friendship due to the resentment she felt, and eventually the guilt she felt for resenting her over something that she didn’t have any control over.

As time went on things slowly began to heal, a friend of [name_m]Kent[/name_m] recommended a grief therapist and he started attending sessions to cope. Eventually begging Felicette to come with him, which started her own healing journey.

When [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] and Fern’s first birthday was coming up [name_m]Kent[/name_m] and Felicette decided that they wanted to try and rekindle their friendship. Felicette reached out over text and apologized for growing distant which turned into her pouring her heart out. Mrs. McNamara was very kind and understanding in her response, saying that she was ready to be friends again if she was.

In the months since Felicette and [name_m]Kent[/name_m] found out that they were expecting again. They’ve been seeing a high risk specialist for their prenatal appointments who’s been so much better than their last one. Instead she understands their worries and feels horrible that they were medically gaslit by their previous one. Educating them on the fact that ‘running out of room’ is a myth and that babies should have consistent movement throughout pregnancy.

They’ve been celebrating every week and milestone that they pass, having recently found out that they’re having another girl. They’re still figuring out a first name, but they’re pretty sure they want their second daughter’s middle name to be that of their first daughter, Solène.

When the time has come, They labored at home at their apartment with a midwife. When the midwife checked Felicette, baby [name_f]Ella[/name_f] has gone breech. The baby then had to be delivered via emergency c section.

She doesn’t personally know the family that well as she delivers babies day in and day out, she’s acquainted and would say hi if she ran into them. She’s always dreamed of delivering babies due to a personal story- that of her and her lost twin. Larkin’s mom and dad were a deeply in love married couple, 26 and 27, who were delighted to be conceiving their first child, only to find that it was two. However, one of the children was a girl- a very painful stillborn that required C-section, who was named [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Etta[/name_f]. [name_u]Lark[/name_u] is still affected by the death to this day, often wondering what would have happened if her sister had lived and she had died that day. [name_u]Lark[/name_u] uses that as her motivation, to “do it for her sister,” and hopes that she can save at least one life in the process, newborn or mother.

[name_u]Lark[/name_u] is married with soon-to-be three kids, as she’s 4 months pregnant with her next. She has a 4 year old daughter and a 2 year old son with her husband, who coincidentally also happens to be a doctor though that’s not how they met. They met through friends, who introduced them and immediately they clicked- both smart, though introverted and reserved individuals with an immense passion for medical care and saving lives. [name_u]Lark[/name_u] is so happy she met him and considers him to be her one and only.

He’s a very energetic, and playful child who’s always having fun with his toys. [name_m]Kitt[/name_m] adores his tricycle and it’s his favourite way to move around and get active. He loves his parents, and he has a very close relationship with his 4-year-old sister as she always enjoys their bond while still establishing herself as the eldest. He and his sister have a mini-debate over whether the new baby-to-be is a boy or a girl, however the debate isn’t what one would think. [name_m]Kitt[/name_m] hopes it’s a girl because he wants to be the only boy - to feel like he’s the cool and unique kid. However his sister is hoping it’s a boy for the same reason. Their parents have reassured them that all three are special and one-of-a-kind no matter what gender they are. It makes the siblings feel better but they’re still holding out their hopes. [name_u]Lark[/name_u] and her husband haven’t stated the gender and the kids don’t know whether their own parents want to find out or not. [name_m]Kitt[/name_m] looks up to his father a lot, as well as his mother [name_u]Lark[/name_u]. He’s a kind hearted, and sweet little boy who’s very happy to see someone, no matter who or what they are.

Nicknamed for the [name_f]Alice[/name_f] in Wonderland quote, imaginative play is Mimsy’s fittingly favourite thing: absolutely anything goes, as long as her brain can conjure up the images. This amuses her parents a lot given Mimsy’s draw towards gothic imagery otherwise - she loves wearing darker colours and always wants to be scary for Halloween, nothing cutesy or fluffy to be seen. Her favourite stuffed animal is a tiny mouse named [name_m]Bram[/name_m], although she’s insisted on renaming her Barbies more fitting names for her flair: so she plays with [name_f]Drusilla[/name_f], [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] and [name_u]Mina[/name_u], and her godmothers even made them new outfits to fit this rebrand.

In spite of her interests, Mimsy isn’t a morose child by any means. She’s always enthusiastic about voicing her opinions and loves spending time with her best friend, who’s every bit a fairy princess as Mimsy’s an aspiring witch. Medicine has started to intrigue her more too, but she’s more invested in the stories of the people her mom works with, rather than the intense procedures. Blood is something she’s not too squeamish around, but it’s still very gross, as she tells her grandparents whenever they visit. Mimsy hasn’t shied away from suggesting her unborn sibling should be called [name_m]Victor[/name_m] or [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [she isn’t immune to the reality she might loose her only girl status]…as Frankenstein seemed a bit much for the kid to weather.

Much like Mimsy, [name_f]Isis[/name_f] also loves to rename her Barbies to give them a little ‘extra something’ (a phrase that she picked up from her mother who is always saying that while redecorating the rooms of their home) but there is very little consistency between the names of Mimsy’s dolls and Isis’, she’s renamed her dolls things like [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f], [name_f]Florine[/name_f], [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f], and [name_f]Signy[/name_f]. Many of her other toys bear names that she considers ‘princess-y.’ Her and her best friend’s aesthetics couldn’t be more different, but they’re attached at the hip nonetheless.

The girls have been bonding over a mutual impending world change that’s about to happen to both of them, they’re both gaining a new sibling. Though [name_f]Isis[/name_f] is much closer to this event and is about to experience a slightly more drastic version than Mimsy, while [name_u]Lark[/name_u] is four months along with a singleton, Isis’ mother is due any day with a set of twin boys. While a little upset at losing her only child status, she’s been comforted by her best friend and her enjoyment of her own big sister duties has helped ease her nerves. She’s growing more and more excited to have two new siblings/royal subjects in the home and has been pitching names to her parents with suggestions such as Alidor, [name_m]Jesper[/name_m], [name_m]Hans[/name_m], or [name_m]Cassian[/name_m].

He’s always been a fun father to [name_f]Isis[/name_f] based on his great relationship with his own father. Emmett’s father is a kind father to two who loved his children as sweet toddlers but then being so proud of their success and excited to become a grandfather.

[name_u]Emmett[/name_u] is a nurse, a job that he’s proud of, but he’s not too happy about the hospital. He loves it but lately thinks the nurses are getting overlooked, but not as much as one nurse who’s worked even longer without any career progression. He’s heard rumours that the employee is leading a strike and deep down, he wants to participate. He’s not letting this activism ruin his good mood and he’s still very close with his family. If this strike works, it will benefit his family with the better pay and conditions, seeing [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] will have two more children coming up.

That being said, he’s excited to welcome twins! He loves how excited [name_f]Isis[/name_f] is about younger twin brothers even if she isn’t going to stay an only child for so long. [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] is glad [name_f]Isis[/name_f] won’t mind being the only girl child when the boys arrive. Emmett’s young nephew tried not to cry when his parents announced their baby sibling was a little sister, not a little brother. However now Emmett’s niece and nephew are super close siblings and love being around one another. Isis’s paternal aunt and uncle are going to watch her while [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] and his wife go on a special couple’s trip later on, so [name_f]Isis[/name_f] can’t wait to see them. Emmett’s mother jokingly snarked, “Better hope she doesn’t go into labour on vacation!” something she always snarks when someone she knows is pregnant goes on vacation, given [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] ironically was born on a couple’s vacation trip.

[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_m]Granger[/name_m] [30] is Emmett’s wife, Isis’s mother, and future mother to twin boys. She’s just as excited to welcome their sons into the family as her husband and daughter, though she’s had to decline most of Isis’ suggestions for names. Thankfully it wasn’t a huge shock that their trying for baby #2 ended up resulting in baby #2 and #3. [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] herself is a twin, and so was her grandmother, so the news didn’t completely blow them away, but there was a little bit of an adjustment period of course. In addition to finally meeting their boys, she’s also looking forward to delivery because she’s more than ready to be done being pregnant, her pregnancy hasn’t been very smooth. She was pretty sick early on and still hasn’t really gotten her energy back. Emmett’s been very sweet about the whole thing and has managed to pick up the slack that’s accumulated in their household for the last nine months.

Her job has been pretty easy to adjust too during this time as well. [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is a therapist who largely sees clients online from her home office. To be honest, it’s been so convenient that she’s forgotten to tell some of her clients that she was actually pregnant! Now every one of her clients is up to date on her impending family additions.

She’s looking forward to taking a trip with her husband, though she is a little worried about going into labor while they’re out of town. She’s technically a few weeks out from her due date still, but [name_f]Isis[/name_f] was born a few weeks early. At the time when they scheduled the trip it was before they had learned that she was actually a little further along than they initially thought. They’ve thought about cancelling or rescheduling, but between the non-refundable deposit they placed on the hotel, and just the desire to take a little bit of a risk. A few days after their mom and dad got back from the trip, they prepared for a home birth, like they did with [name_f]Isis[/name_f] when [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] was 38 weeks with her. One early morning, Adelaide’s water broke, and one of the twins was starting to crown. [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] delivered the first twin, [name_u]Rowan[/name_u], before the midwife could come. The midwife suggested that [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] should deliver the second twin as well. [name_m]Five[/name_m] minutes later, the second twin, [name_u]Landon[/name_u], was born. [name_f]Jaclyn[/name_f] has always loved children, working as a cafeteria lady for a primary school. Healthy food is important to her and so is being completely forgiving towards children who couldn’t afford school lunch, both of which she provides and never cheats out of. [name_f]Jaclyn[/name_f] really appreciates [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] and [name_u]Landon[/name_u] and hopes they don’t risk getting sucked into any viral “Poptuplets” shenanigans. She feels if [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] ever found out about them, she’d want to recruit them as part of the Poptuplets team - even though they’re just newborns. She loves to troll her older brother [name_m]Tyrone[/name_m] about [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] trying to get his daughters [name_u]Fern[/name_u] and [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] into fame. She never actually wants that though and finds it stupid. Being a bit of a troll sibling, she enjoys messing with her brother and the fact she finds Poptuplets stupid just makes her more humoured by trolling about it.

The reason why such a lighthearted person like [name_f]Jaclyn[/name_f] uses therapy is given her own fertility issues. She has had issues trying to conceive and has very a irregular cycle. It was so bad that her longtime boyfriend dumped her because she wasn’t getting pregnant. It hurt her a lot and made her take a long hiatus from dating, but her desire to have a baby never stopped. She feels people don’t take her seriously about her desire to be a mother, something she’s confided in her new friend Felicette. She initially felt afraid Felicette wouldn’t want to be around her given Felicette’s grudge on her sister-in-law’s pregnancy. However having [name_f]Jaclyn[/name_f] as a friend has tremendously helped heal the broken bond the McNamara and Flatts family had and [name_f]Jaclyn[/name_f] is grateful things are better between the two. Despite her goofy trolling nature, she’s very human and has a vulnerable side and a desire to show compassion towards people, and hates to be underestimated. She’s glad to have retained some of her happy touch in her life - something she’s always making sure never to lose.

Morwenna Danielle [Litchfield] McNamara (28) is Jaclyn’s sister-in-law, the twins mother and daughter of the infamous Rosemary - oh and Sidney’s her dad. To say the relationship between Morwenna and her parents is complicated is quite the generalisation. Her childhood was dominated by Rosemary’s need for recognition, leading to complex feelings for Morwenna when she reflects on her pageantry successes. While she genuinely enjoyed the aspects of dressing up and performing routines - now bein a dance teacher herself, who specialises in working with people who have physical disabilities - the fact Rosemary would inevitably co-opt any success Morwenna enjoyed, and her gradual exasperation when her daughter wanted to pursue her ballet, jazz and lyrical lessons over competing in more pageants naturally has some less than rosy connotations for these memories.

It was Morwenna’s paternal grandmother - her nana as she called her - who helped see her pursue dance properly, being one of the few people Rosemary baulked before, capable of forcing Sidney to listen to his children’s wants. Both Morwenna and her older brother absolutely adored her, and one of the main comforting points is that Ivy and Fern got to meet her before she passed away. The twins were only 5 weeks old at the time, but Morwenna made sure to get as many pictures as possible, so she’s been able to remember this special moment and take solace in it while mourning the loss of her first real advocate and supporter. Something she’s yet to tell her parents is that if she goes on to have another daughter, she’ll be naming her Edith: her nana’s middle name.

Dating was something of a milestone for both the Litchfield siblings too. When Morwenna met Tyrone, the spark between them was instantaneous, however the hell that was going to be introducing her parents almost made her not pursue things when he asked her out. Even inviting friends over - who weren’t involved in the pageant scene to some capacity and educated in parents with lack of interest in listening - could be a test for Morwenna and her brother, who’ve both developed thick skin on account of the way their parents act.

The Poptuplets song has been something of a final straw for her though. Morwenna tends to feel upset with herself over how she avoids her mother, opposed to confronting her for her antics [especially attempts at controlling or dictating her life], but her hopes to drag Ivy and Fern into this world have led to an argument between them, one which actually stunned Rosemary to silence. While she’s used to her son disagreeing with her, Morwenna was always the child she could nag more effectively, so finally being told to stick to the boundaries and not use the twins for her own ends was quite the shock - most definitely not a welcome one. Thankfully, delusion’s one hell of a drug and Rosemary’s contented herself by insisting Morwenna’s just overwhelmed by her 'genius mom" - giving some much needed breathing room so she and Tyrone can actually enjoy being parents, while occasionally enjoying a date night or two.

Much like his sister, he endured a fair bit of [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] and Sidney’s wrath as a child, though he wasn’t a pageant king or anything. Instead he was a theater kid. Between his mother’s insistence and his school’s stunning lack of boys who were willing to audition for the spring and fall musicals, [name_u]Sully[/name_u] was often thrust into the spotlight. So he played the baker in Into The [name_m]Woods[/name_m], the beast in [name_f]Beauty[/name_f] and The Beast, [name_u]Danny[/name_u] [name_m]Zuko[/name_m] in Grease, and [name_m]Seymour[/name_m] in [name_m]Little[/name_m] Shop of Horrors, along with many other leading male roles.

He didn’t mind the attention, it sort of made up for the lack of genuine connection he got from his parents and gave him some nice resume flags to help him along in his current career of teaching music both in one-on-one lessons and in schools. Though it made dating pretty impossible in high school, the whole student body was convinced that there was no way a guy could be as good at theater as [name_u]Sully[/name_u] was without being gay, so his romantic prospects were reduced to slim. While he loved musical theater, in addition to harming his social life, his home life also took some hits considering [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] was always trying to convince [name_u]Sully[/name_u] to segue his stage acting into some screen acting. She was always asking him to let her book an audition or two for a commercial or TV pilot. He always said no, he enjoyed acting as a hobby and wanted to keep it that way. Many a screaming match took place between them during his teenage years.

In college he had some better luck, that was were he met his eventual wife who was willing to take more of a chance on him than his female classmates did back in high school. While he would’ve married her shortly after they met, needless to say he fell pretty hard for her, she insisted they wait a while. After seeing her own mother get married and divorced like it was going out of style during her adolescence, Sully’s wife was a little traumatized by the idea of marriage and wanted to be sure that she only walked down the aisle one time, if she could help it.

The couple tied the knot four years ago after having dated for nearly eleven years. They’ll be celebrating their fifteenth year of being together this fall though have no real plans for any big celebrations as by the time their anniversary rolls around in [name_u]October[/name_u], they’ll have a three month old newborn to take care of. A baby girl is due to enter the family dynamic in [name_u]August[/name_u]. [name_u]Sully[/name_u] has always been pretty protective of his wife when it comes to his mother attempting to influence their family. When his parents came over to visit a newborn [name_m]Maxen[/name_m], one of the first things [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] said was a comment about how well he would do in baby modeling. In turn, [name_u]Sully[/name_u] snatching his son out of her arms and telling her to get out. It took a while for them to mend fences after that.

In general he tries to keep [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] and [name_u]Sidney[/name_u] at arms length when he can, though he doesn’t want to completely rob [name_m]Maxen[/name_m] of any chances to know his paternal grandparents and that side of the family in general. Afterall, his middle name Vogel is after the grandmother that [name_u]Sully[/name_u] and [name_f]Morwenna[/name_f] adored, it’s her maiden name. So there’s some sparing contact between his parents and his son.

Allowing some grandparent time is one thing, but [name_u]Sully[/name_u] absolutely refuses to let [name_m]Maxen[/name_m] get tangled up in that ‘Poptuplets’ nonsense. The popularity of the song actually led to him and his wife deciding to reduce the amount of screentime that their son consumes. Instead they play music together, although once the baby arrives they might just bend their own rules for the sake of convenience and general household peace.

[name_m]Eunan[/name_m] [name_m]Drace[/name_m] [name_u]Jackson[/name_u] (2) is Maxen’s best toddler buddy who knows [name_u]Sully[/name_u] by association. Sully’s wife is also great friends with [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], Drace’s mother. His mother [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is much like Maxen’s mother given both have been married to longtime lovers. The [name_u]Jackson[/name_u] family refuse to play “Poptuplets” and hate when untalented singers and music producers get popular. [name_m]Eunan[/name_m] still listens mostly to the songs he did as a baby but his parents are fine with him listening to any genre of music he likes, provided it’s appropriate and not…obnoxious.

[name_m]Eunan[/name_m] has seen some of the other babies and kids around his town and [name_m]Eunan[/name_m] loves to give his teddy bear “rides” in his little red wagon. Some kids have asked for wagon “rides” but unfortunately his 2-year-old arms don’t really have the upper body strength to do that. [name_m]Eunan[/name_m] himself wants to get into theatre when he’s older, so far only having one role as Toto in a local theatre rendition of The [name_m]Wizard[/name_m] of [name_m]Oz[/name_m], but he’s enjoying having some time to simply be himself. Eunan’s middle name was based from Olivia’s middle name [name_f]Grace[/name_f] and the two are very close as son and mother.

Unlike [name_m]Maxen[/name_m], [name_m]Eunan[/name_m] is the youngest, having an older sister [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and older brother [name_m]Conall[/name_m]. [name_f]Isla[/name_f] was happy for her new brother when he was born, despite her desires for a sister rather than a brother. That changed once [name_m]Eunan[/name_m] showed he liked to be cared for by her because it felt like being pampered. He’s not into fairies or princesses but he still likes making dress-up costumes with her, especially with felt or tulle. He and [name_m]Conall[/name_m] are close too and [name_m]Eunan[/name_m] loves his older brother’s mighty side. [name_m]Maxen[/name_m] has asked [name_m]Eunan[/name_m] if this is what it’s like having older siblings, which [name_m]Eunan[/name_m] has playfully confirmed to [name_m]Maxen[/name_m] and [name_u]Sully[/name_u]. The family just had a camping trip for Conall’s birthday, Eunan’s first camping trip, and [name_m]Eunan[/name_m] loves singing songs around the campfire…but only fun songs, not annoying ones!
