Being a bit older, [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] does understand why this isn’t happening anymore, as in her words it would be ‘totally weird’ hanging around with her moms’ ex for playdates, and that’s even if they weren’t moving. When [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] was first told this would be happening, she wasn’t happy for a lot of reasons, namely how much she likes attending the school she’s at and she’s got close friends she’ll miss, but now, she’s started to come round to it more.
Both of her cousins are older than her so she looks up to them a lot, and having them as company is reassuring to her worries about meeting new people. She’s also been helped by her mom to keep contact with her other friends, which includes phone calls and vidchats, and [name_f]Maura[/name_f] has constantly been checking in with [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] through this process. The fact she can continue her passion of swimming in [name_m]New[/name_m] Orleans is the other main thing that’s made [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] more at ease with this upcoming change, as she hopes to become a professional athlete when she’s older.

[name_f]Rhia[/name_f] isn’t super talkative about her own love life, though she has a girlfriend [name_f]Cori[/name_f] Ritcherson, who also happens to be raised by same-sex parents, albeit hers are two males. [name_f]Cori[/name_f] is so sweet and confident, qualities [name_f]Rhia[/name_f] loves, and the two aren’t the type to go out publicly, but always defend each other. [name_f]Cori[/name_f] also has that vibe, even despite her skin care and philanthropy and she’s glad that her friends and girlfriend never stereotype her as something she’s not. [name_f]Rhia[/name_f] doesn’t consider herself the type of woman who people flirt with, which she’s completely fine with, since she’s true to [name_f]Cori[/name_f]. Admittedly it used to bring her down but that was back when she only wanted a relationship because her friends had one. Looking back, it was too much drama, so she’s grateful to steer clear of that, even if she didn’t choose to. [name_f]Rhia[/name_f] feels bad for [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] in a sense by her separation from Dewan, but loves how she’s handled it so well and is wise about how her mother’s love didn’t last but it’s the best for [name_f]Maura[/name_f] and [name_m]Prew[/name_m]. She wishes [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] well coming over for her and her siblings.
Sometimes [name_f]Rhia[/name_f] feels she doesn’t “have her life together” but is convinced that nobody does, at least not all the time. The world doesn’t have itself together, so blame the world, not the individual person. She often pieces together quotes for her notebook, though she’s convinced she’s not going to publish them anywhere. [name_f]Rhia[/name_f] is genuine with making [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] feel welcome at [name_m]New[/name_m] Orleans with the help of her mothers and siblings. [name_f]Rhia[/name_f] loves [name_m]New[/name_m] Orleans and works in a café serving food that represents the city’s culture. She’s a fan of old mystery shows and likes to be both entertained and spooked. [name_f]Rhia[/name_f] isn’t trick-or-treating or passing out candy this Halloween, she’s got plans to go to as many of the haunted houses in the city and then watching horror movies contently until it’s not [name_f]October[/name_f] anymore. Naturally [name_f]Rhia[/name_f] loves being an [name_f]October[/name_f] baby and a [name_m]Scorpio[/name_m] as well though she admittedly doesn’t believe in astrology. But is she going to act like she does for the sake of it? Of course she will! She loves her family and likes to feel good not being normal, and her siblings and cousins agree.

She lives in [name_m]New[/name_m] Orleans as well, however it’s a half hour drive between her and the McNaulty-Arrow household, as she didn’t want her eldest to feel smothered or pressured by a lack of space. The culture of the city is also important to [name_f]Coco[/name_f], who runs a small, cozy B&B, where she promotes local businesses and encourages her guestd to embrace the locations heritage as much as they can.
A confident and outspoken woman, [name_f]Coco[/name_f] has two daughters, Rhia’s mom and [name_f]Liana[/name_f], who were born to different men, something she refuses to let anyone shame her about. Her first partner - the technical biological grandfather of her older grandkids - was inconsiderate and dismissive, allowing [name_f]Coco[/name_f] to do everything in terms of childcare and parenting, while reserving time for his interests and hobbies away from the home.
What’s saddened her most about this is the feeling the pattern has continued. Her younger granddaughter, [name_f]Harlow[/name_f] [name_m]Ramirez[/name_m], likewise has a dad not involved in her life. [name_f]Harlow[/name_f] spends a lot of time with her extended family thanks to her mom’s career having picked up in speed over the last year, and [name_f]Coco[/name_f] absolutely cherishes this. Her second partner - Liana’s dad, who she’s still with - is just as much the grandpa of [name_f]Rhia[/name_f] as he is [name_f]Harlow[/name_f], not seeing blood as some arbitrary decider in how he treats his stepdaughter and her children. This is what convinced [name_f]Coco[/name_f] to take their relationship to the more serious level all those years ago, as being with someone who valued a family meant so much after struggles and disappointment.

Vivian Willow Arrow (36) is Coco’s daughter and mother of Rhia. Being a young mother to Rhia was hard, but she adored it every step of the way and when her sister in law Maura entered the picture a couple years after, she gladly hyphenated Rhia’s name. She loves that Rhia is close with both her parents, old and new, and that she never has to struggle with what she struggled. She and Coco are close and she loves having a younger half-sister. Rhia loves this too, though she doesn’t consider them half-siblings to the same way. She works as a project manager and many ideas are her own.
[name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] [name_f]Alice[/name_f] McNaulty (37) is Vivian’s wife, Maura’s sister and mother to their 2 children, who she absolutely adores. [name_f]Vivian[/name_f] and [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] were young themselves when they adopted [name_f]Rhia[/name_f]. She was 6 and they were 24 and 25 respectively, having been together since high school, with plans on starting a family when they’d both graduated college, although it surprised even them it happened so soon.
They adopted their second child 4 years later, by the time [name_f]Rhia[/name_f] had fully settled in the home and was comfortable calling them mom and mama respectively. Things also changed for their wider family when [name_f]Maura[/name_f] became pregnant with [name_f]Minnie[/name_f], as [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] wanted to be there for her sister, without her own kids feeling or being overlooked through this time.
Working as a conductor now, [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] started out as a violinist and used to perform herself. She majored in classical music but actually has performed in a variety of genres, including metal groups, something that surprises people thanks to her energy. Funnily enough, her and Vivian’s younger child loves metal, rock and alternative music, which is something they jokingly attribute to who [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] has worked with through her career.

[name_f]Haunani[/name_f] is of Hawaiian descent, though some would find it surprising that she’s religious, as she never shows it. She’s Jewish, and is very close with extended relative [name_m]Elijah[/name_m], despite cultural and location-based differences. She feels closer having married a fellow Jew, though she never shies away from her Hawaiian heritage. [name_f]Haunani[/name_f] loves [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] and Vivian’s closeness in their relationship and decision to adopt, but treats them the same as how she’d treat biological parents. [name_f]Haunani[/name_f] tries to be nice, even though she doesn’t have that many friends, having an on-again-off-again friend. Both are nice but their interests are entirely different, making it hard to do stuff together. But they’ve been friends for over a decade and don’t see anything ending it. [name_m]Even[/name_m] if they’re the only ones who understand it sometimes. She’s also well acquainted with a fellow violinist at her work, though she’s feeling awkward about how obvious they are as acquaintances.
They know each other well and have no bad blood, but awkwardly, they are not friends. [name_f]Haunani[/name_f] wants to get out of that acquaintance phase but doesn’t really know how, which makes her wonder how she’s gotten so close with [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]. In fact, [name_f]Haunani[/name_f] is convinced that the nice friendly bonding that got them there is about 90% [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]. [name_f]Haunani[/name_f] isn’t a bad person, but she often doubts herself, something [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] has more self-confidence towards. Ironically growing up, she used to have higher self-esteem, mainly because she had so many dreams. Then some of her dreams faded, others didn’t get anywhere close, and the ones that did come true, happened in unexpected ways. Thankfully not the worst way things could have ended up, and a reminder not to miss out on chasing what you want just because it didn’t happen the way it was planned. [name_f]Haunani[/name_f] was the only one in her family who dreamed of big city life, but she never expected it would be [name_m]New[/name_m] Orleans. But she’s glad for it, she’s grateful for it, and she’s hoping [name_f]Maura[/name_f] and [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] feel the same the longer they adjust.

She loves metal music. The sound of metal enlightens her. Enjoys being up at [name_m]Friday[/name_m] night and having as much fun as she can give herself. She wants [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] and [name_f]Rhia[/name_f] to join her, but doesn’t mind who joins.
[name_m]Rashaun[/name_m] [name_m]Kofi[/name_m] [Shaw] [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] (38) is Haunani’s violinist acquaintance and someone Ember’s likely heard around the grapevine through his teenage daughter. He and [name_f]Haunani[/name_f] never had bad blood but he’s been nervous about making friends, not to mention his attention has been on something else lately. His sister-in-law just welcomed a baby, so his energy is on that as well. His teenage daughter is a good person but it’s been challenging lately when she became the Homecoming [name_f]Queen[/name_f], something Ember’s wanted to be. Rashaun’s happy for his daughter but knows she’s not trying to do this to compete with [name_f]Ember[/name_f]. She’s joined the music club like [name_f]Ember[/name_f], and both are equally good. [name_m]Rashaun[/name_m] knows his daughter isn’t trying to copy or outdo [name_f]Ember[/name_f], but he’s worried that the two seem so uncomfortable around each other. He’s never put either at fault, they’re just two different people who happen to have similar interests but don’t have the closeness to see one another as teammates. But he’s making sure his daughter doesn’t see this as envy or rivalry, especially since she also balances having a much younger brother.
He’s close with the McNaulty-Arrow adults however, mainly [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]. [name_m]Rashaun[/name_m] doesn’t want to rock the boat against their family, especially since he knows he’s not super close, and somewhat distanced, but mainly since that’s where he’s been in life. He grew up chasing away things too much because they were “too much change” for him, but now he’s worrying he doesn’t have what he wants in life out of fear. He’s glad his son [name_m]Keenan[/name_m] still cares about him innocently no matter what happens, but appreciates his wife and daughter for keeping him grounded. His wife is more outgoing and has more friends, which made things awkward when some relatives of their families didn’t think they’d last. They didn’t say they were a horrible pair outright, but felt they wouldn’t marry or have kids, leaving long before that would happen. Rashaun’s wife has dated people like him before though [name_m]Rashaun[/name_m] clearly hadn’t been the same. However Rashaun’s family believed his wife was nicer than how her family felt of him. The two have ignored that moving forward, [name_m]Rashaun[/name_m] used to be obsessed with proving people wrong, but now he’s just focused on making himself happy. He’s been told he can’t backflip, and as much as he’s wanted to prove people wrong – nope, he really can’t backflip. He’s convinced his daughter and [name_f]Ember[/name_f] are just acquaintances, and he’s not trying to change that – it is what it is.

[name_f]Brittany[/name_f] ’ [name_f]Britt[/name_f] ’ [name_f]Afia[/name_f] [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] (16) is Rashaun’s daughter, Keenan’s big sister and recent Homecoming queen, a title she didn’t expect to win given the fact she wasn’t the person with the strongest social connections. While she’s well-liked, [name_f]Britt[/name_f] is someone who likes sticking with the friends she knows well and trusts, as overexposing herself to the many social groups of high school just feels like a disaster waiting to happen. This conflict avoidance is also why she’d rather just politely keep her distance from [name_f]Ember[/name_f] than address anything, even if it’s more assurance than anything .
She has been friendly with [name_f]Rhia[/name_f], Embers’ sister, in the past, although Britt’s taken a few steps back from this since winning her title and worrying about possible awkwardness. Her little brother doesn’t quite get this delicate approach and has told [name_f]Britt[/name_f] that [name_f]Ember[/name_f] should just understand ‘she’s the coolest girl at school’, which makes her laugh every time he says it, although she’s not going to be using Keenan’s conflict resolution advice any time soon.
When her brother was born, [name_f]Britt[/name_f] handled it better than what her parents expected, but really this was because she had already guessed they wanted to try for a baby. Growing up, they were both pretty open about wanting a bigger family, and Britt’s sort of been anticipating the change since she was 9, however she has been pleasantly surprised by how well [name_m]Keenan[/name_m] responds to her as a voice of authority. Well when he isn’t hellbent on being a troublemaker for his own entertainment!

She’s also the student government president and her boyfriend is a well-liked albeit nerdy person who is famous for helping people with maths. The problem? Well, her boyfriend is…
Russian by origin. He doesn’t identify with [name_f]Russia[/name_f], its values and culture and feeels like the most American teenager there could be , however, the rumours about him and the current political situation betwwen [name_f]America[/name_f] and [name_f]Russia[/name_f] are unfortunately affecting his and [name_f]Louise[/name_f] 's popularity. However sad it makes [name_f]Louise[/name_f] feel , she would rather stand by her boyfriend than be a " power couple", even if she cries at night after seeing people whisper in the halls and dislike her because of who she dates. [name_f]Louise[/name_f] 's ex even proposed going back to him as a stunt, however it made [name_f]Louise[/name_f] angry enough she yelled at him in front of the whole school hall, only for [name_f]Britt[/name_f] to try to calm the situation. [name_f]Louise[/name_f] sees [name_f]Britt[/name_f] as " painfully boring " and a " plain [name_f]Jane[/name_f] ", honestly being shocked how such a calm person who doesn’t seem to her to have anything interesting to say could charm people. It doesn’t translate to any hatred or animosity, however, just utter confusion and Louise’s own feel of failure.
When [name_f]Louise[/name_f] is not preoccupied with high school drama, she makes vision boards for herself and her boyfriend - she wants to be modelling influencer and currently has only about 4,500 thousand followers, mostly from her state and its schools. Her boyfried wants to work at sillicon valley… as a lawyer or mediator. He thinks mutual agreement and solving conflicts outside the court system is the key to technological progress. They have a dog that they call their son - [name_m]Baxter[/name_m] the Staffordshire Bullterier , however, he lives with [name_f]Louise[/name_f] 's boyfriend and his family, who adores [name_f]Louise[/name_f] to bits and she feels as if she stopped being an only child given how she got attached to her boyfriend and his 2 older sisters.

[name_f]Cressida[/name_f] " Cress " [name_f]Alice[/name_f] Markham (16) is Louise’s best friend, although their relationship has become more strained recently. It all started because, following [name_f]Britt[/name_f] being crowned Homecoming queen - much to Louise’s anguish - Cress made an offhand remark about it ‘just being a title’…that went down like a led balloon. [name_f]Louise[/name_f] felt that Cress was undermining her upset, Cress felt [name_f]Louise[/name_f] was making a huge deal out of one school event, and they’ve been on much more distant terms ever since.
It’s not that Cress agrees with how people treat Louise’s boyfriend in the slightest or doesn’t care for her friend’s emotional state, she just doesn’t want it to become the absolute be all and end all, especially with prom queen having already become a talking point among a lot of their peers [maybe due to the drama when Louise’s ex suggested the stunt]. Cress isn’t so much a butterfly and hangs around with her fellow humanties academics, being a total history fanatic who wants to study anthropology in the future.
She’s kind of the polar opposite of [name_f]Louise[/name_f] as well in how dating doesn’t have any interest to Cress at the moment, after having a string of disastrous middle school boyfriends, although she thinks that term is too strong thanks to how superficial everything always was. Not a surprise given her age! It does amuse Cress though that the little girl she babysits - [name_f]Estrella[/name_f] [name_m]Ramirez[/name_m] - has a ‘mini boyfriend’ now she’s started school, and such innocence has helped with what’s going on between her and [name_f]Louise[/name_f].

[name_f]Amber[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] [name_m]Filmore[/name_m] (26) is the mother of Estrella’s mini-boyfriend. She has an on again off again boyfriend who loves dating her but never proposes. They share a son and baby daughter. They live together in a modern flat and they enjoy seeing Cress. She was homecoming queen as a teen but not social, and relates to Cress in every way she can. She has no opinions on country warfare and avoids this, especially since her family couldn’t afford to travel. She’s very loved as a writer.
[name_m]Vincent[/name_m] ’ [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] ’ [name_m]Zaire[/name_m] Henburg (27) is Amber’s boyfriend and father of their 4-year-old son, who he loves more than anything else. [name_m]Even[/name_m] when [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] and [name_f]Amber[/name_f] aren’t a couple, he’s a wholly present and involved father, who loves spending time seeing his child happy, even if that means being the canvass for impromptu face painting sessions.
It makes sense to [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] though, as he himself is an artist. He’s a painter and sculptor who supplements income by running a rental studio for others to access and use, cultivating rates to support those in the community who have less income to hand.
Seeing his parents go through a messy divorce is why [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] doesn’t want to propose, and it’s this that makes him and [name_f]Amber[/name_f] break things off at times, as while he loves her, he feels she doesn’t entirely get this is why he’s so wary. Their family backgrounds are very different, and this has been something raised in conversation, but not fully addressed. [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] also doesn’t think big gestures make up the whole meaning of a relationship, as his dad was always someone who did this and it didn’t make up for the strife that went on between himself and Enzo’s mom.
This doesn’t mean [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] lacks love for [name_f]Amber[/name_f] though, or enjoys the fact they’re sometimes separated. In an ideal world he’d want to cohabit as life partners, however [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] can have a pessimistic side to him, and this is why he doesn’t want to press the issue unduly. Most of all for the benefit of his son, who Enzo’s determined will avoid the conflict he grew up aware of.

[name_m]Lysander[/name_m] [name_m]Caleb[/name_m] Henburg ( 4) is [name_f]Amber[/name_f] and [name_m]Vincent[/name_m] 's son. He doesn’t hide the fact that his dad is a " favourite parent " and it used to worry [name_f]Amber[/name_f] a lot, however the child psychologist that [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] goes to because of anger issues also said to the parents that picking everything favourite - foods, parents , pets - is totally normal for kids that age , as is not controlling their emotions.
[name_m]Enzo[/name_m] and [name_f]Amber[/name_f] had a lot of quarrels when it came to light that [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] is a bully at preschool and doesn’t want other kids playing with [name_f]Estrella[/name_f] because he’s " her boyfriend". The preschool teacher soon realisesd that the parents were completely unaware of this fact and one teacher even suggested that he’s spending too much time with [name_f]Cressida[/name_f] the nanny who unknowingly encourages the behavior in [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] not realising the consequences.
It came to light that [name_f]Amber[/name_f] and [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] 's parenting styles differ - [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] wanted to limit contact with [name_f]Estrella[/name_f] at the playground while [name_f]Amber[/name_f] came with leaflets full of all-boys preschools and primary schools. More chaos and quarrels ensued.
[name_m]Lysander[/name_m] would like his parents to spend more time with him instead of their artistic careers as a sculptor and writer , not realising yet that creative pursuits take work. He 'd also want to be like his dad - bringing drawings to his parents is one of the moments where he can be sure they’ll smile together.

[name_m]Ari[/name_m] is Lysander’s best friend from preschool. She was born and raised in the same upscale neighbourhood, just a few blocks from Lysander’s family home. Ari’s parents are both in the medical field — her mother is a paediatrician and her father is a surgeon — which means they are often busy, leaving [name_m]Ari[/name_m] with a lot of time to spend with her nanny, who has a more nurturing and structured approach compared to [name_f]Cressida[/name_f].
[name_m]Ari[/name_m] is naturally confident and not easily intimidated, which is part of why she is one of the few kids who stands up to Lysander’s bossy nature. Her self-assured attitude has earned her respect among her peers, and she is often the unofficial “leader” in group activities.
[name_m]Ari[/name_m] loves exploring new things and isn’t afraid to take the lead on new adventures, whether that’s climbing the monkey bars or starting a game of hide and seek. She often drags [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] into her imaginative games, convincing him to join her in wild escapades that even he can’t resist.
[name_m]Ari[/name_m] has a strong sense of right and wrong, which means she won’t hesitate to call [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] out when he’s being unfair or mean to others. Despite this, she’s also fiercely loyal to him, which sometimes puts her in the position of being his conscience when he gets carried away.

[name_m]Mateo[/name_m] [name_m]Antonio[/name_m] [name_f]Garcia[/name_f] (2) is Ari’s little brother, fan of [name_f]Disney[/name_f] Pixar and Paramount. He is scared of [name_m]Lysander[/name_m]. But adores their friendship and thinks he is cool sometimes. [name_f]Garcia[/name_f] parents hope Lysander’s parents are aware of this. They only hoped [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] would be free of drama after all. So [name_m]Ari[/name_m] is a good person but even still, he begs her not to be a bully. He wants a sister to look up to. While he loves his whole family and friends, he worries he will “lose” his sister and her good side.

She knows what [name_m]Mateo[/name_m] is feeling since she used to think her elder siblings might grow up the same way, particularly the eldest, who was about a decade older than her. She doesn’t think Cress pushed [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] in the wrong way, she just thought [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] and [name_f]Estrella[/name_f] were a cute “mini couple” and enjoyed that they didn’t want to be taken seriously. [name_m]Or[/name_m] at least [name_f]Estrella[/name_f] didn’t. Maybe [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] did. But [name_f]Crista[/name_f] is grateful for [name_m]Ari[/name_m] as someone [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] can turn to, showing maybe he isn’t so toxic around girls.
[name_f]Crista[/name_f] isn’t sure how to feel about [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] potentially going to an all-boys school, wondering whose idea that was. She thinks he’s resent it more because he’s away from his little girlfriend and that he doesn’t have the best relationship with boys. The boys are seen as threats to him because of his fear that they could “steal his girl”. There is one boy who [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] is warming up to from his class, and he knows this boy isn’t falling for [name_f]Estrella[/name_f] – because he’s falling for [name_m]Ari[/name_m] instead! [name_f]Crista[/name_f] hopes a good friendship can come from this, especially because she wouldn’t want [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] in trouble with teachers. Truthfully [name_f]Crista[/name_f] doesn’t want too much involvement because she already has enough fun with her life, working at a [name_f]Girl[/name_f] [name_f]Scout[/name_f] House. She was a loyal [name_f]Girl[/name_f] [name_f]Scout[/name_f] growing up and she hopes her niece will be one when she’s old enough. Sometimes [name_f]Crista[/name_f] senses Cress might be out of the loop on the bigger picture with [name_m]Lysander[/name_m], but never found Cress at fault and she’s been out of the loop too. [name_f]Crista[/name_f] mainly knows Cress because she’s friends with an older sister of Louise’s boyfriend, who also grew up as a [name_f]Girl[/name_f] [name_f]Scout[/name_f]. The two were the only ones from their troop who wanted to continue on in teen years and didn’t care what others thought. Crista’s friend has a good mix of [name_f]Louise[/name_f] and Cress’s personalities, and the two uplift one another.

[name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Levi[/name_m] [name_f]Garcia[/name_f] (31) is Crista’s older brother. He fathers [name_m]Ari[/name_m] and [name_m]Mateo[/name_m]. He rides BMX and his wife below always accompanies. He loves how his siblings have supported him through thick and thin. He loves the family car and doesn’t care, feeling free in everything he does. He is glad nobody tells him off. Upper-middle class and very romantically interested in his marriage.

[name_f]Yuliya[/name_f] “ Julez “ [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] [name_f]Petrova[/name_f] (26) is Crista’s best friend, who supports [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] as well. She can be a stickler with people, especially that she’s bothered he does his bike stunts without a helmet, and she feels his wife agrees. She’s heard Sebastian’s wife even beg for it. She knows he’s not the type to be told off though. Julez sometimes worries for her own younger brother, given bullying he’s gotten at school. She and her siblings are very smart though they’ve mainly inherited that from their father, [name_m]Leonid[/name_m] Petrov. She doesn’t have an accent and doesn’t really come off as the typical Russian woman, in fact, she has many Western-vibed bumper stickers…and one that says “Slava Ukraini”. Julez is very loyal as a [name_f]Girl[/name_f] [name_f]Scout[/name_f], so working for the [name_f]Girl[/name_f] [name_f]Scout[/name_f] house is easy for her. She feels the [name_f]Girl[/name_f] Scouts helped her a lot growing up, into being and feeling like a better person. Julez loves [name_f]Girl[/name_f] [name_f]Scout[/name_f] cookies and likes to blend them up into milkshakes. Julez likes cold treats a lot yet also likes the cold, but can’t help it. She can’t help but love a hot aroma cooking, though her fave smell is mint, since it enhances more in the cold rather than the heat.
Julez is very nice to the Garcias, though she used to only talk to [name_f]Crista[/name_f]. She feels it’s a trait of their family being less inclined to their culture as the Garcias, though she loves her family all the same. Julez absolutely adores snow and ice, and her at the beach would be like a polar bear at the desert. She isn’t very big on Americanism, feeling she doesn’t need a country to be the centre of her life and choices. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t support culture, she’ll support anyone’s culture with anyone who invites her. She wants to know more about the culture of Sebastian’s wife for example, who she wants to get along with more, even though she finds Sebastian’s wife to be a hard read. Sebastian’s wife is on great terms with [name_f]Amber[/name_f] and managed to convince her not to move schools for [name_m]Lysander[/name_m]. Still, Julez is convinced from [name_f]Crista[/name_f] that Arianna’s new male buddy would be a good friend for [name_m]Lysander[/name_m], evening out the odds of his favouritism. Julez agrees in a sense, feeling [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] could benefit from a male friend, seeing he treats the other boys as rivals and that his father [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] can’t be his “only male friend”. Still, Julez is unaware that this potential male friend secretly loves his female friend [name_m]Ari[/name_m], and while that’s far better than chasing after his little girlfriend Estrella…will this be a “double date” or “trouble hate”?

[name_m]Dash[/name_m] [name_m]Ping[/name_m] Hao (4) is the little boy in Julez’s life who loves [name_m]Ari[/name_m]! He thinks [name_m]Ari[/name_m] is adorable! He lives a life of peace and easygoing friendliness. He thinks [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] is so cool. He likes exercise and wants to ride a pony. He knows his family’s Chinese culture is always important. He is the fastest runner of all the kids and he wants to use this to impress [name_m]Ari[/name_m].
