[name_u]Laurence[/name_u] " [name_u]Ren[/name_u] " [name_u]October[/name_u] [name_m]Townsend[/name_m] (17) is the oldest brother of one of [name_m]Thabo[/name_m] and Pascal’s friends. He hasn’t heard Thabo’s questions but would find them very amusing, especially since some of them are half right. He doesn’t drink much soda or energy drinks and sadly does not own a motorcycle, although he’s saving up for one. He does have a skateboard that he takes to the skate park, not parties, and he enjoys doing tricks on it. [name_u]Ren[/name_u] sleeps late sometimes on weekends, not because he’s been vandalizing a store, but because he studies hard. But he absolutely does have quite a few pairs of ripped jeans and a leather jacket. Last but not least, [name_u]Ren[/name_u] is dating a girl from his school. They’ve only been dating for a few months, and [name_u]Ren[/name_u] is positively smitten.
[name_u]Laurence[/name_u] and his brothers were all named after book characters because of their parents’ mutual love of classics. [name_u]Ren[/name_u] admits unashamedly that [name_m]Little[/name_m] Women is one of his favorite books. His favorite character is, of course, [name_u]Laurence[/name_u] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]. A few fellow students, upon learning he liked reading [name_m]Little[/name_m] Women, teased him mercilessly. He didn’t care, and simply said, “Well, I guess that’s why I’m getting better grades in English.” Ren’s girlfriend said she was tickled when she heard him say that and came up after class to talk to him. They became good friends and later [name_u]Ren[/name_u] asked her out. [name_u]Ren[/name_u] is working at his mom’s bookstore part-time and plans to keep on working there after school. His mom has encouraged him to take some business classes which he’s going to do as well. [name_u]Laurence[/name_u] and his girlfriend are both graduating this year and he’s already started thinking of a perfect promposal. He knows she isn’t one for big showy public things, so he plans to make it simple and private. He’s thinking of using one of their many inside jokes or pranking her. They’re both avid pranksters and have had a prank war going on since they became friends.
