I like both names but [name]Damian[/name] has a little more exotic flair for me.
I chose [name]Damian[/name] but I prefer the spelling [name]Damien[/name].
[name]Damon[/name], it’s more uncommon and I like the sound better. but maybe that’s just because I have a very good friend named [name]Damon[/name]!
Hmm, I’m kind of torn! [name]Both[/name] are great. I’m leaning a little more towards [name]Damon[/name] but that may be because I know a [name]Damon[/name] [name]IRL[/name] who is such a wonderful guy.
[name]Damon[/name]. I like [name]Damian[/name] a lot too, though. And [name]Damien[/name] as well. Yeah, that was a helpful response…
[name]Damon[/name].
[name]Damian[/name] sounds more negative than [name]Damon[/name].
I prefer [name]Damian[/name]. It feels more complete to me. The -ian ending is graceful. To me, [name]Damon[/name] has a flatter sound, and I find it a bit LARPer-ish, like “daemon” or “faerie” etc.
I love [name]Damon[/name], it’s much more unique and I’m surprised it’s so unpopular. It fits with most modern boy’s names too.
I would have put the [name]Damien[/name] spelling up on the poll, but I would never use it. Unfortunately, I live in a french community and people here pronounce [name]Damien[/name] (Dam-mee-ain, but the “n” is kind of silent). They butcher the pronunciation to make it sound more french and it ruins the name in my opinion.
Definitely [name]Damian[/name], as in [name]Cosmas[/name] and [name]Damian[/name].
I got my hubby to agree that if by some chance we have twins, and one is a boy, he is definitely gonna be [name]Damian[/name]!
