I like nicknames as names i think and would use [name_u]Dash[/name_u] or [name_m]Dax[/name_m] on their own, not short for something. (Although im not sure what full name there is for [name_m]Dax[/name_m]) what do you think about using [name_m]Dax[/name_m] and [name_u]Dash[/name_u] as they are? Should they be kept in middle spot or could they be used in first name spot?
I really like both and would use them as first names. I probably like dax better purely because I heard the kardashians have a clothing line called dash
I have [name_m]David[/name_m] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] and [name_m]David[/name_m] [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] on my short list. I am not a nicknamer but if I had a [name_m]David[/name_m] he would be [name_m]David[/name_m] and [name_m]Dax[/name_m].
I think either or could work as a standalone, especially [name_m]Dax[/name_m]. I also like [name_m]Dex[/name_m] and [name_u]Pax[/name_u]. I personally wouldn’t use [name_u]Dash[/name_u], stand alone or nickname, but I wouldn’t bat an eye hearing about a [name_u]Dash[/name_u].
I quite like [name_m]Dax[/name_m]! I think it can stand alone, but is also a versatile nickname. [name_u]Dash[/name_u] can be a great nickname as well, but I personally wouldn’t have it on its own.
There are the ‘obvious’ names such as [name_m]Daxton[/name_m], [name_u]Dexter[/name_u] and [name_m]Dashiell[/name_m] to get those nicknames, but any D name could work just fine. A little creativity never hurt anyone
I prefer [name_m]Dax[/name_m]
Like them both but really like [name_u]Dash[/name_u]!
[name_m]Dax[/name_m]! Handsome and spunky and not a word.
I know someone who has a [name_m]Daxton[/name_m], and his nickname is [name_m]Dax[/name_m]
I like [name_m]Dax[/name_m], I would use it honestly but I do know a [name_u]Dash[/name_u]. I would pair [name_m]Dax[/name_m] with a strong middle and I would just go with it. It’s the stock exchange so be aware of that, I mean like make sure that doesn’t matter to you. But if you can get your so on board i think it’s a strong name.
I prefer [name_u]Dash[/name_u] .[name_m]Dax[/name_m] / daks is a slang term here ( for trousers - especially tracksuit pants -, and sometimes for underparts. To dak or daks someone is to pull their trousers down).
I would use longer full names myself, but plenty of people use short names like [name_u]Max[/name_u] and [name_m]Cash[/name_m], so [name_m]Dax[/name_m] and [name_u]Dash[/name_u] should be fine.
