So I was wondering what your thoughts were on the day of the week names. Are they usable or not?

I love [name_f]Tuesday[/name_f] and [name_f]Sunday[/name_f] best for first names. Also really like [name_f]Wednesday[/name_f] for a middle.

I have a soft spot for [name_f]Wednesday[/name_f] but can’t use it for personal reasons. The others aren’t really my thing, but I think [name_f]Sunday[/name_f] is also pretty usable.

I wish I felt [name_m]Saturday[/name_m] was more usable though, as it’s always been my favorite day of the week.

They all feel usable to me except [name_m]Thursday[/name_m] and [name_m]Saturday[/name_m] for some reason. [name_f]Sunday[/name_f] is my favourite by far, [name_f]Wednesday[/name_f] is way too tied to the character.

I’m taking the unpopular Nameberry opinion of I really think none of them are usable. Month names are a different story.

I really like [name_f]Sunday[/name_f], but I just can’t bring myself to believe that it’s actually usable :sob::sob: if it counts for anything, though, I remember seeing a girl named [name_f]Tuesday[/name_f] on Instagram a year or so ago!

None of them are usable to me. As @Alix2016 said, month names are fine.

I really like [name_f]Tuesday[/name_f], [name_f]Wednesday[/name_f], [name_m]Friday[/name_m], and [name_f]Sunday[/name_f]! [name_f]My[/name_f] opinion on their usability is complicated–I’d be pleasantly surprised and excited to meet someone with any of these names, but I definitely wouldn’t be brave enough to use them myself. I’d consider them as middles though!

I think they’re all usable. I would personally consider [name_f]Sunday[/name_f].

I’m a huge Addams Family fan, so I love [name_f]Wednesday[/name_f]. I’ve also seen [name_f]Tuesday[/name_f] on here before and was plesantly surprised by how much I liked it! I think it would make a spunky and unexpected middle name choice.

I know [name_f]Sunday[/name_f] is probably the most widely used out of these, and there’s nothing objectively wrong with it, I just prefer the other two personally.

I’m not a big fan of the sounds of [name_m]Thursday[/name_m], [name_m]Saturday[/name_m] or [name_f]Monday[/name_f] so it wouldn’t be my taste in names, but there’s nothing objectively wrong with them, especially as a middle name.

The only day of the week name that I have an issue with is [name_m]Friday[/name_m], just due to the “my man Friday” or “my gal Friday” jokes that I’m sure would be everywhere

In my mind my daughter’s name is Sunday. If months are usable why shouldn’t day names be?

Sunday is bright and familiar enough to be acceptable but unique enough to stand out. This name is so beautiful, sunny even :stuck_out_tongue:
