I’ve finally got DH pegged (it only took me four years!). He’s pretty much the most picky man in the world, so opinionated, lol, but I’ve discovered his criteria and cleared it with him and he agrees. sigh if only I cold figure out his taste in boys
A. Vowel heavy
B. Very feminine
C. Exotic, unusual, light and airy
D. Good meaning if possible
E. Name fit for a spunky princess
F. The pattern he prefers is 5 letters 3 syllables, ending in a vowel sound
Examples: [name]Kiana[/name] (our 2 yr old DD), [name]Amara[/name], [name]Amaya[/name], Inara, [name]Katya[/name], [name]Eleni[/name], [name]Elora[/name]
He also likes: [name]Lorelei[/name], [name]Delilah[/name], and [name]Giovanna[/name] but they’re longer
I do have a suggestion for a good way to search for names that fit the criteria. If you go to Search for names, you can search for girls’ names that begin and end with any letters you want – a and a, for example – and have three syllables. You don’t have to fill in any other criteria. You’ll get hundreds of results this way and will find lots of nameberry selections you won’t get to any other way. Try it, it’s fun!
Apologies if theres any repeats ok so [name]Kiana[/name] and:

[name]Just[/name] one note…I know that [name]Amara[/name] has different meanings in different languages but in Italian it means “bitter.” [name]Just[/name] throwing that out there.
I just thought of [name]Moira[/name] (MOY-ruh) - I just saw the combo [name]Moira[/name] [name]Clare[/name] [name]Ruby[/name], which I thought rather nice.
