[name]Hi[/name] everyone, just wondering what combo you like best, I’ve been trying to go outside of the names I tend to like, and think about other, less common and popular names. Please let me know what you think about these combos:
[name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Mae[/name]- I like this combo because I like how the long syllable name of [name]Cordelia[/name] ties into the one syllable name of [name]Mae[/name], and I think it flows really well.
[name]Ophelia[/name] [name]Jane[/name]- My same thoughts as [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Mae[/name], it flows well with the long first name and the short middle name, in my opinion.
[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Rose[/name]- I liked the pretty, fresh combination of [name]Amelia[/name] and [name]Rose[/name], as I think [name]Rose[/name] brightens the name [name]Amelia[/name] up just a little more.
[name]Persephone[/name] [name]Kate[/name]- The less popular [name]Persephone[/name] paired with a more modern name. What do you think, do they work together?
I love all your names, beautiful and lovely unique names. If I had to put them in an order it would go [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Rose[/name], [name]Persephone[/name] [name]Kate[/name], [name]Ophelia[/name] [name]Jane[/name], [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Mae[/name]. But they are all so great it was a close call. They do flow beautifully together.
These names are gorgeous! In order my pick would be …
[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Rose[/name]
[name]Persephone[/name] [name]Kate[/name]
[name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Mae[/name]
[name]Ophelia[/name] [name]Jane[/name] (The only name I really like from your combos, I just can’t seem to get into [name]Ophelia[/name] as a name…)
All the combo’s flow really well and are beautiful sounding!
[name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Mae[/name] : I really like the meaning of [name]Cordelia[/name] and the sound. It is fun to say! My only critique is that I do prefer [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Maeve[/name] to [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Mae[/name]. Maybe it’s where I live, but “[name]Mae[/name]” just strikes me as country… and [name]Cordelia[/name] is so elegant that it’s hard to shake my mental image of sophisticated + country.
[name]Persephone[/name] [name]Kate[/name] : [name]Persephone[/name] has a gorgeous sound. It is bold. I don’t think I’d have the guts to use a name this long and flowy… but my main reason for liking it? The nn [name]Pepper[/name]!! [name]How[/name] cute! And I always always adore [name]Kate[/name]. According to SSA it is actually not as popular as people think.
[name]Ophelia[/name] [name]Jane[/name] : These 2 names roll well together. I’m wondering what nicknames would be for [name]Ophelia[/name]… “opie”?
[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Rose[/name] : [name]Amelia[/name] is pretty, but I do feel sorta over it… I guess because I categorize it with [name]Olivia[/name], a beautiful name, but one I hear a lot and so it takes the allure out of it for me. [name]Rose[/name] is always a nice classic though.
[name]Love[/name] your combinations.
Some are NMS but I still think they flow very well.
I especially like the blend of unexpected, unusual with funky and edgy.
My favourite though is [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Mae[/name]. It’s perfect!
I’m not a fan of [name]Ophelia[/name] as a first name sorry even though I absolutely adore [name]Jane[/name]. [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Rose[/name] is lovely but [name]Amelia[/name] is an uber popular first name and [name]Rose[/name] is a bit of filler middle name so combining them makes the combo very pretty, but a little dull imo. [name]Persephone[/name] is lovely but a lot of name, it’s my second choice though.
I absolutely adore [name]Cordelia[/name] though. I think [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Mae[/name], [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Rose[/name] and [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Jane[/name] all work. As well as [name]Persephone[/name] [name]Kate[/name], [name]Persephone[/name] [name]Rose[/name] and [name]Persephone[/name] [name]Mae[/name].
