Hello again!
You were so helpful the first time that I’m back looking for more advice =)

Our first, a boy, is named [name]Alexander[/name] Kanoa. We are currently in discussions for a second (heh) and starting to discuss possible names. My DH is completely in love with a first of [name]Clare[/name] (or [name]Claire[/name], if it is up to me)–this would have been the name if our first were a girl.

In your opinion, are these a “close enough” match up? I know that they are not the best fit together, but he loves [name]Clare[/name].

Yes, [name]Alexander[/name] and [name]Claire[/name] sound great together. I strongly prefer the spelling [name]Claire[/name] to [name]Clare[/name].

[name]Claire[/name]! SHe’ll hate having to correct constantly! [name]Alexander[/name] and [name]Claire[/name] are GREAT together!
