Do these names fit their characters?

I’m writing a book, and I was wondering if these two names fit the descriptions of their characters.

[name]Luke[/name] - A small-town boy, bright green eyes, dark brown hair, sweet, smart, plays the guitar, funny, and is friendly with everyone.

[name]Liv[/name] or [name]Ellie[/name] (which one works better?) - A city girl who moves to a small town to live with her grandmother, dark blue eyes, dirty blond hair, smart, mature beyond her years, doesn’t fit in with kids her age, outgoing, has a very troubled past.

So, what do you think? [name]Do[/name] the names fit their descriptions?
And any ideas for a middle name for [name]Liv[/name]/[name]Ellie[/name]? I want it to be the name of her grandmother, because that has a relevance to the story.

Thanks so much!

[name]Luke[/name] is perfect for description.
I think [name]Liv[/name] sounds better [name]Ellie[/name] sounds too sweet to me. [name]Liv[/name] is a more mature, grown up name.

Oh what is her grandmothers name btw? Good luck with your book:)

[name]Liv[/name] [name]Helen[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Grace[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Eleanor[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Alice[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Florence[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Judith[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Francis[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Katharine[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Nancy[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Patricia[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Nancy[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Susan[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Margaret[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Marianne[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Ruth[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Rose[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Roberta[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Marion[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Marie[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] Lorian
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Agnes[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Agatha[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Edith[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Mabel[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Ursula[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Winifred[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Julia[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Cornelia[/name]
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Tabitha[/name]

[name]Luke[/name] fits well, but [name]Ellie[/name] sounds too country to be a city girl name. [name]Liv[/name] works better I think.

[name]Luke[/name] is perfect, but I think bright blue eyes would be better.

For [name]Liv[/name] or [name]Ellie[/name], [name]Ellie[/name] sounds babyish and silly to me, so I’d go with [name]Liv[/name]. But, I think [name]Eleanor[/name], called [name]Nell[/name], would be perfect for that description.

[name]Eleanor[/name] “[name]Nell[/name]” [name]Viola[/name] (Granny [name]Vi[/name])
[name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Jane[/name] (Grandma [name]Janie[/name])
[name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Margaret[/name] (Grandma [name]Marge[/name])
[name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Irene[/name]

[name]Luke[/name] sounds great. I also vote for [name]Liv[/name].

[name]Luke[/name] sounds just perfect, and I would pick [name]Liv[/name] for the girl. It’s reasonably soft, but with a hard edge which would reflect her more urban background well. Good luck with your book!
