We’re having our second baby this fall and we’re not finding out the gender beforehand. So we need a name for both a boy and girl. Our daughter’s name is [name_f]Estella[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] and our last name is one syllable starting with a “G”. Here are the names we’re considering:
Oh, lovely!
[name_f]Estella[/name_f] and [name_m]Charles[/name_m] sound great together, and [name_f]Estella[/name_f] and [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] both share a rich, Latinate history.
I think what I’m drawn to with [name_f]Estella[/name_f] and [name_m]Charles[/name_m] is the pairing of the 3 syllable name with the 1 syllable. Very striking!
I love [name_m]Charles[/name_m] and [name_f]Estella[/name_f] together! I really like [name_f]Estella[/name_f] and [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] as sisters, too, but not as much as I love [name_f]Estella[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] and [name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Winston[/name_m].
They all sound great together, either way.
