Hmm, that’s actually a good question.
I don’t think [name_m]Orpheus[/name_m] used one when he snuck away from the palace to the commoners’ festival for the first time and it was assumed by the people he met that he was a rebellious teen noble, just not the prince so they didn’t really care. I like to think [name_f]Caprise[/name_f] called him “festival boy” until she figured out his name though.
DYHAC who have ironic names?

As a matter of fact, I do! [name_m]Oskar[/name_m] [name_m]Ellington[/name_m] has been dubbed “Sunshine” by his siblings for his ability to manipulate light rays, and for the fact that he is by far the grumpiest one of them all.
DYHAC who are aspiring actors?

Definitely [name_m]Ciro[/name_m] [name_m]Fowler[/name_m] is the first one that comes to mind, since acting has always been a dream of his and we see him take that journey. I have several other characters who are already actors, but [name_m]Ciro[/name_m] is probably the one who’s the most dedicated to becoming one.
DYHAC who are extremely obnoxious (good or bad)?

Hmm. . . [name_m]Sanya[/name_m] gets on a lot of peoples’ nerves (Taliya’s especially), and Kaelia annoys her older sister, but I wouldn’t call any of them ‘extremely obnoxious’.
DYHAC who don’t like to read?
I have a Ciro!!! I’m honestly a bit annoyed at myself about it, since I prefer the name on a masculine character but mine is a woman (I wasn’t aware that it was traditionally a masculine name when I named her). Yours seems to fit his name well (probably better than mine lol).

That’s so cool! [name_m]Ciro[/name_m] is definitely a name I could see on a girl.
[name_f]Taura[/name_f] [name_f]Monroe[/name_f] isn’t the most enthusiastic reader ever. I’m sure there’s a book she could get into out there, but she is certainly not a born reader. Actually, I guess about half of my characters are like that. And some have a complete disregard for reading and books. Some actually can’t read very well and that’s why they aren’t big readers.
DYHAC who collect coins?

No, but a couple of them collect other things
(Unless you qualify any of my numerous thieves. . . hmm. . . that would be funny, [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] getting caught picking peoples’ pockets and claiming he’s a coin collector)
DYHAC who are from a time later than the year 3000?

(lol my character Ornette’s name is traditionally masculine but I read somewhere that it was used for a female character in a book and I loved it so I used it anyway. Hyacinth’s name is gender-neutral because the Greek figure was male but flower names are usually feminine)
I…honestly don’t know what time period my story’s set in. It’s a medieval-esque fantasy world where people do old-timey things like write letters. But who knows maybe it’s on an alien planet or something
DYHAC who are somehow undead?

Yes. I have a whole army of skeleton warriors and a species called the Vrolumri, which is technically half zombie (although I’m not sure how undead it is).
DYHAC who do gardening as a hobby?

Several, actually! [name_f]Azalea[/name_f] [name_f]Ornella[/name_f] [name_f]Mayberry[/name_f] has started a gardening club in her town, but it currently only has two other members, [name_m]Emmett[/name_m] [name_m]Lee[/name_m] [name_m]Endicott[/name_m] and [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] “Tina” [name_f]Diane[/name_f] [name_f]Bell[/name_f]. Regardless, they have a lot of fun and have grown super close.
DYHAC who practice magic?

Yes! A lot of them! Though, [name_f]Riley[/name_f] [name_m]Parzival[/name_m] definitely wins for who can do the best magic tricks without actually having magical powers.
DYHAC who can’t swim?

No one in particular, but there are probably some whose backstory would demand it.

I don’t think so…
DYHAC who like to wear lots of makeup?

I’ve several, but one that’s particularly noted for doing so is [name_f]Zlatozara[/name_f] Marinova Dimitrova, who has a penchant for wearing expensive cherry red lipstick, and Kaminari hates the color red for personal reasons, and this adds up to be another reason for her disdain of [name_f]Zlatozara[/name_f], among other things.
DYHAC who hate a particular color/smell/flavor?
[name_m]Evan[/name_m] (the bad guy) hates the colour silver
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you have a character that has any allergies?
Yep! [name_m]Cassian[/name_m] is deathly allergic to all kinds of nuts and also cats (he often refers to them as the spawns of Satan and hates being compared to one, so naturally his three best friends/partners do that frequently). In a different story, [name_m]Alec[/name_m] is mildly allergic to strawberries.
I don’t know if this has been asked before, but do you have any characters with disabilities?

A few, actually!
-
Rosetta Churchwell has Dyspraxia, and her particular case is so severe that she has to use crutches to help keep her balance.
(Her father, Aloysius Churchwell, also has a limp that he requires a cane for.)
-
I’m unsure if you classify Autism as a disability, but I’ve a character named Tsutomu Watanabe who has Asperger’s Syndrome.
-
Rachael D’Agostino, despite her young age, suffers from Lupus, which under U.S. law, can be classified as a medical disability, as it causes limitations to her life.
-
Rex Guanzon Panganiban suffers from Asthma, which can also be classified as a disability.
-
Bailey Miller and Edith Bermingham have Type 2 Diabetes, which is considered a disability under most U.S. laws.
Do you have any characters who have allergies?
Yes!
[name_m]Charlie[/name_m] [name_m]Fox[/name_m] is allergic to cats.
[name_f]Ginevra[/name_f] [name_m]Gilbert[/name_m] is allergic to shellfish and grass.
[name_f]Roxana[/name_f] Alvins is allergic to bees, peanuts, and bananas,
[name_m]Alec[/name_m] [name_m]Fitzgerald[/name_m] is allergic to nature, pretty much, and any sort of melons.
Mohan Sharma has an allergy to wool.
There are probably more, but those are all the ones I can name off the top of my head.

I have a few including…
[name_f]Zilya[/name_f] Nyárë - [name_f]July[/name_f] 1st
Aparicio “Paris” Beaulieu - [name_f]July[/name_f] 25th
[name_m]Emerson[/name_m] Olivetti - [name_f]July[/name_f] 4th
[name_m]Anthony[/name_m] [name_m]Montgomery[/name_m] - [name_f]July[/name_f] 8th
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you have any characters who speak only greek?
Only Greek is untrue, but I do have a small Greek family (Greek Cypriot on the father’s side and partial Mainland Greek on the mother’s side) that fluently speak Greek and use it as their at-home language. The dad is named Panteleimon Othonos, the mom is named [name_f]Euphemia[/name_f] Othonos, and their son is named Evangelos Othonos. However, if we’re talking about speaking exclusively Greek, then Panteleimon’s father, Themistocles Othonos, fits the bill.
