Double names for girls

What would you suggest for double names with the following first names, other than Ann/Anne.:

Mary
Emma/Emilie
Katherine
Clara
Lily
Charlotte
Anna
Lucy

My ideas:

Emma Katherine
Lily Katherine
Charlotte Rose
Emma Grace
Anna Claire
Anna Elizabeth
Eleanor Rose
Briella Claire
Lily-Rose
Lucy-Grace

Also, do you think that these combos would look better with or without a hyphen?

Mary Louise (Malou/Milou)/ Mary Hollis/ Mary Faye / Mary Joelle/ Mary Noelle / Mary Christine (Macey/Misty)

Emilie Pearl / Emilie Marie / Emilie Charlotte

Emma Rose / Emma Skye / Emma Jean (though might just use Imogen)/ Emma Christine

Sarah Katherine / Lily Katherine Clara Belle/

Clara Fern / Clara Beth

Lily Kate/ Lily Constance / Lily Louise (Lilou)

Fleur Charlotte/ Mary Charlotte / Lily Charlotte

Anna Marie/ Anna May/ Anna Margot/ Anna
Marguerite / Anna Skye

Lucy Kate/ Lucy Claire (LC/Elsie)/ Lucy Louise (Lulu)

I prefer the look of non hyphenated but am convinced that the two names more likely to stick (ie actually be used as a double) with the hyphen.

I think I prefer double names without a hyphen (especially for boys) as I think this can be overly fussy on official forms sometimes. Yet there are so many gorgeous [name_f]French[/name_f] hyphenated names, so whatever you’re most comfortable with! If you’re fine maybe having some trouble on forms (which isn’t that big a deal), then go for it! I do think some names are better hyphenated than others (like Lily-Rose and Lucy-Grace.)
[name_f]My[/name_f] favorites are [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f], and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f]!
I also like:
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
[name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
[name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f]

I’m in the UK so I’m used to seeing the hyphen. I suspect I might like names better without if I was in a country where double names are understood as such minus that punctuation.

Your ideas are quite classic so where I’ve gone rogue (more obscure) I’ve blurred them incase they’re just too out there!

Mary-Grace or Mary-Cecilia
Emma-Joy or Emma-Kate
Anna-Clara or Anna-Kate/Anna-Katharine
Katherine-Joy/Katherine-Snow (LOVE [name_f]Ella[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f], but [name_f]Ella[/name_f] wasn’t one of your options… [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] is also sweet)
Clara-Joy, Clara-Lou
Lily-Lou, Lily-Pearl, Lily-Kate, Lily-Snow
Charlotte… not sure I have anything for [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], but Lottie-Joy or Lottie-Grace would be sweet!
Anna-Kate, Anna-Pearl, Anna-Sophia, Anna-Lucia, Anna-Maria
Lucy-Kate, Lucy-Jane

I like some double barrels with a hyphen, some without… depends on the name! I also love [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] so I suppose you could do Lily-Anna or Lucy-Anna but I like them better [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] and [name_f]Luciana[/name_f].

Good luck!

This is fun, and you have some beautiful names here!

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_m]Brooks[/name_m]
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]

I think for me, whether or not to use a hyphen depends on the length of the name. I like these names both ways. To me, a child would have more options as to which name they wanted to use without the hyphen. In this case, I would simply introduce them using both names. However, I also feel that using a hyphen makes it more obvious that the names are used together. I would most likely leave a hyphen out of anything with the name [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] included. I may or may not hyphenate something like Anna-Daisy or Eliza-Kate. There are many syllables, but the names themselves are relatively short, so I haven’t decided yet.

I know this was a little all over the place, but I hope it helps!

Thank you again, this was fun!
