I’m writing a character who’s really dynamic and interesting, and I thought it would be cool to have a kind of contrast between a really interesting character and a really boring name. Preferably not names that are boring because they’re overused (Jane, Mary, etc.) but names that just sound boring on their own (Lenore, Denise, etc.)

Out of your list, I like Nicole and Coline the most. The others don’t feel particularly plain to me.
Maybe something like Paige, Nancy, Amy, Anne, Abigail, Alexis, Becca, Caroline, Catherine, Claire, Dawn, Eve, Esther, Elaine, Elaina, Flo / Florence, Francine, Faith, Georgia, Hope, Helen, Hailey, Jade, Julie, Julia, Jenna, Laura, Louise, Lucille, Miriam, Merry, Maura, Margaret, Pearl, Roxanne, Ruth, Rose, Rebecca, Simone, Sylvia.
