I was talking about names I liked with my mum recently. And she suggested [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] as a middle name. It was the name of my great grandmother. She was [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] [name_f]Bertha[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f].
I kinda like [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f]. Thoughts?
Tabitha [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] is such a sweet name really elegant and upbeat. [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] is just a gorgeous happy sounding name and I think teamed with [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] it’s just the definition of sweet. Furthermore the family connection is lovely. Great name.
Its so sweet and energetic! It reminds me of swans and their elegance. I also like the subtle ties to [name_m]Don[/name_m] [name_m]Quixote[/name_m] ([name_f]Dulcinea[/name_f]), any name with a ballet reference is a + in my book.
I love [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f]! It’s beautiful and has a dainty, sweet feel to it - it reminds me of the [name_f]Flower[/name_f] Fairies paintings, if you’ve ever heard of those?
Here are examples of what I mean and what it specifically makes me think of
My mum’s colleague just named her daughter [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f]. I find it a bit cutesy, but the sound is a nice one. [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] is very sweet.
It’s always interested me, this name! [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] [name_f]Faye[/name_f]? This name trio goes so well together!
I don’t know anyone or know of anyone named [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] so I don’t have many associations with it, other than it sounds sweet like its meaning, and reminds me of soundalike [name_f]Alcie[/name_f]
Thank you hah. [name_f]My[/name_f] great grandmother was really musical apparently. Played the piano and was a sweet natured and warm lady.
I am feeling very smitten with [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] at the moment!
I wonder if [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] [name_f]Faye[/name_f] is perhaps a bit too much though…m I think it’s time for a poll soon
I love [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] as it is, but I also think adding on a one syllable middle name would work as well. I was about to suggest [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] / [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f], so I think [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] [name_f]Faye[/name_f] would work well.
