[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

This name is growing on me lately. I think that I prefer it for a girl. It’s sweet & calm & smart. I don’t think that it sounds religious. And also, I don’t mind it for a boy. I definitely like it as a mn for a boy.

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

Almost always with religion but I think there is more to it than that.
Greatly prefer it as a girl name whether it is used in the first or middle place. For a boy I would confine it to the middle spot.

I don’t associate it religiously.
I prefer for boy, but wouldn’t mind for girl. I know 3 boy Eden’s and 1 girl [name_u]Eden[/name_u], so that helps without my gender association/usability.
I picture a carefree child, soft, nature - maybe a meadow or a fied

  1. I like it! It sounds simple yet spunky and cute.

  2. Both equally

  3. I’m really bad at imageries, sorry

  4. No, just the name itself

1/2 – Absolutely love it for a boy (especially the ED-en pronunciation has been growing on me, but I like both), don’t like it much for a girl

3 – Peaceful, quiet, calm & laid-back

4 – I do think of a garden, but not generally in a religious context. There’s a botanical garden in Cornwall called the [name_u]Eden[/name_u] Project, which is my main connection (apart from just the name itself)
