I really like the name Einna, sounds like [name_f]Ina[/name_f]. Although after looking at it Einna is [name_f]Annie[/name_f] backwards and I’m not sure how to feel about that, so I though about adding an H. So it would change to Einnah. What do you think?
I was also thinking of [name_f]Michelle[/name_f] as the middle name, any opinions on that?
What about just [name_f]Ina[/name_f]? Einna would be less complicated, so I would choose that.
I honestly really like [name_f]Ina[/name_f], however, if you’re adamant on one of these two spellings, I think Einna is your best bet. If you hadn’t pointed it out, I don’t think I would have noticed that Einna was [name_f]Annie[/name_f] backward! Einna is a lot simpler than Einnah, and I think it will be less confusing for people to adapt to instead of usually spelling it [name_f]Ina[/name_f]. Generally (not always, but usually) the less complex, the better! 
Einna/Einnah [name_f]Michelle[/name_f] is lovely! It has great flow and it would be so sweet to hear [name_f]Michelle[/name_f] on a little girl these days!

Einna. Same as someone else mentioned, I wouldn’t have noticed it was [name_f]Annie[/name_f] backwards if it wasn’t mentioned.
Honestly I prefer [name_f]Ina[/name_f], as I don’t pronounce Einna the same way.
Seconding that I wouldn’t have noticed Einna is [name_f]Annie[/name_f] backwards! And even if someone noticed, I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad thing.
I prefer Einna personally, it’s just a little simpler than Einnah.
[name_f]Michelle[/name_f] works well with it imo.

I think Einna [name_f]Michelle[/name_f] is a beautiful name. I don’t think that anyone will comment on it being [name_f]Annie[/name_f] backwards. Other spelling options could be Eina or [name_f]Aina[/name_f] (my great grandmother’s name).

I didn’t notice Einna is [name_f]Annie[/name_f] backwards. I think this spelling looks better! [name_f]Ina[/name_f] is my favourite, though
i think einna michelle is great
i never noticed it was annie backwards, and i go by annie
