I voted for Eloise but I like all three. I wouldn’t nn them. I especially dislike the nn [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]/Ella/Elle. For [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] though I actually would probably end up calling her [name_u]Win[/name_u]
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] got my vote because I love the nickname [name_f]Nell[/name_f].
[name_u]Eloise[/name_u] got my vote. She’s so sweet but a name that can grow with a girl. I’d use the nickname [name_f]Elle[/name_f].
I also really like [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] and my preferred nickname for that is [name_f]Leni[/name_f]. But [name_f]Leni[/name_f] is on my sister’s list. So I’d most likely use [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] as a middle name (as it was my grandmother’s name).
[name_m]Don[/name_m]'t care for [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]
My favourite is [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], it’s just such a sweet yet mature name that ages wonderfully and always sounds elegant; however, I also love [name_u]Eloise[/name_u], the character association is just so lovely.
My favourite nicknames are [name_f]Ella[/name_f], [name_f]Nora[/name_f] and mostly [name_f]Nell[/name_f] for [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] and [name_f]Ella[/name_f]/[name_f]Ellie[/name_f] and [name_f]Lola[/name_f] for [name_u]Eloise[/name_u].
I adore [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] and [name_f]Nora[/name_f]. [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] is nice. I feel neutral about [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]. I personally would not use a nickname for any of them.
[name_u]Win[/name_u] is a cute nn for [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]
I chose [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], but [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] came close! I love the nicknames [name_f]Nor[/name_f], [name_f]Nora[/name_f], and [name_f]Eleni[/name_f] for [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] {or [name_f]Elinor[/name_f]!}, [name_f]Lois[/name_f], [name_f]Lola[/name_f] {love!}, and [name_f]Elle[/name_f] for [name_u]Eloise[/name_u], and [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] and [name_f]Lola[/name_f] for [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]. They’re all quite beautiful <3
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] is my favourite in theory, though in practice I find it a little plain. I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Nell[/name_f] as a nickname, but [name_f]Nor[/name_f] or [name_f]Nora[/name_f] are lovely as well.
[name_f]Elowen[/name_f] seems to be very popular on here and it is very lovely. I feel like it’s a bit counter-productive to use a nickname like [name_f]Elle[/name_f] or [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] for something as striking and unusual as [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], so I’d either use it in full or go for [name_u]Win[/name_u] as suggested above.
[name_f]Elodie[/name_f] and [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] aren’t really my style. I’d probably use [name_f]Elle[/name_f] as a nickname for both of them, but [name_f]Dee[/name_f] might also be sweet for [name_f]Elodie[/name_f].
My favourite is [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]- it’s classic, grounded and strong but still feminine, and has so many great associations. [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] is also really pretty and interesting but I’m not a fan of [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] or [name_f]Elodie[/name_f]. I’m not a nickname person so wouldn’t use one for any of them myself. I like the idea of [name_f]Elle[/name_f]/[name_f]Ellie[/name_f]/[name_f]Ella[/name_f] for all of them, and [name_f]Nell[/name_f] for [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] though.
[name_u]Eloise[/name_u] gets my vote!
Are fans of [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] pronouncing it the [name_m]French[/name_m] way? “el-WUZ”?
[name_f]Elodie[/name_f] would have gotten my vote if she was on the poll but I picked [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] because it isn’t as popular and it is pretty!
I pronounce it [name_f]Ella[/name_f]-wheez it’s not my fav because I don’t like the wheez sound
My favorite is [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] with no nn although I do like [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] and [name_f]Winnie[/name_f]. It’s so beautiful sounding and unique.
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] is gorgeous too.
[name_f]Elodie[/name_f] is cute but I prefer [name_f]Melody[/name_f]. So [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] seems incomplete to me.
