I agree with the previous post. I would spell it [name_f]Elena[/name_f], but would pronounce it eh- LAY- nah.

I also prefer the [name_f]Elena[/name_f] spelling with the pronunciation you have for [name_f]Elaina[/name_f]. However, if you’re positive you want those specific pronunciations with those spellings, I prefer [name_f]Elaina[/name_f]. Eh-LEH-na just doesn’t sound right to me.
